Today I went to Sparkling Image Car Wash for the first time and requested for Full Service # 1 for $29.99. Unfortunately for the price it does not meet my expectations which would be fully vacuumed; the workers should spend the extra minute to actually vacuum the car rather then speed vacuuming (only getting what they immediately see and move on). The outside of the car was clean although was not dry in any smaller areas, such as around your side mirrors (typically blown out with air). They also do not open your trunk and dry everything underneath which comes out as soon as you drive away. Ultimately I will never get this service or anything more expensive because i believe there should be more time spent and more attention to detail for that price. I would only rate 1 Star for this service. Additionally, I would recommend their Full Service #2 for $21.99 (I believe that was the price I do not really remember), or anything cheaper for that matter. They were fast and did an ok job, for a cheaper price they are fine. I will come back and try this service and see how their quality is, right now I would rate this service a 3 Star base off my experience with the Full Service #1. The waiting area is really nice and clean, they had comfortable seats and tables. They also had a barber inside too! I would rate the inside waiting area 5 Star.

At sparkling image we have procedures and annoyingly strict managers (some not all) that demand too much too fast. Thats why most of the time the car is anywhere from 70% 80% clean never 100%, unless you get detail work, we take our TIME on those cars (well I always do). Im personally agianst most of the procedures because I cant do my job properly. I want every cutomer to see there car a saw "wow! Now thats a clean car." Ive heard the complaints and I promise to all customers that I will do my very best and take as much time necessary to get you car looking like New. Ill vacuum and air dust the interior, hand wash the car very precise and do my utmost to leave the interior nearly prefect to get you that 100%. Ooorah! Tip* dont give any one tips until you see their work. Theres 3 stages when cleaning a car #1. Vacuum interior #2. Tunnel wash or hand wash #3 drying and cleaning up more Youll save time if you go tues, Wednesday, and Thursday, especially on cloudy days; cars come in and out in less than 10 Minutes. Average time spent here is 22 mins, On busty days 30 mins, on insanley busy days even up to 45 mins which are usually Fridays & Saturdays. I recommend full service #2 and conditioner on the inside; itll keep it protected from the harmful UV rays, make it look sparkling new and gives it an Amazing smell guaranteed

Took my car here because I wanted a hand wash as opposed to Cruz Thru. It was pretty crowded and took maybe 7 minutes to get up to the vacuum station. The attendant was very nice. I got the $21 wash. The inside was very clean and the cashier was pleasant. They got the car in the tunnel pretty quick and had it outside for drying soon after. My only complaint is that the car sat for awhile waiting to be dried off. Thats a complaint that I have at every hand wash and to some degree is expected. After the car was washed and dried I looked it over and it looked good. Tires shined, windows clean, no water streaks on the body. My only issue I noticed after I left was that there were water spots on the moonroof glass. Aside from that I was very happy.

I purchased a 2 lube gift certificate and we used it once, but I when yesterday and tried to use it again and we took the receipt and they wouldnt take it because they need a different ticket. Honestly I dont remember if they gave it to me or if i lost it anyway i have the original receipt and they have my information on their computer, but they wont do it. I lost my money because of this. Also i called the manager and he didnt want to help at all. Terrible serive wouldnt recommend it. They said to bring only your coupon not the receipt.

I have used this oil change service now for a couple years good people, I am currently changing my own oil and could not get the drain plug out, its cross threaded , completely pisses me off one dam bolt, they are the only ones that have changed oil in this truck since owned, not sure what the f do got to work tomorrow

Horrible experience!!! This place does a horrible job!!! They do not do well detailing in your car!!! Do not recommend this place to anyone!!! Save your money and go somewhere else even the manager rick!!! Has bad customer service!!! Im also complaining to corporate about this place and rick!!!#horribleservice

Super bummed did the full service even told the guy about the spot on window that was sticky. He sold me on the more expensive wash. Still have to sticky on my window .
