Gave it one star down just because when i had CC fraud and my bank closed my old card, instead of red carpet suspending my monthly account temporarily, they closed my account. I was paying the old lower rate and when i opened a new account they bumped me to the current rate. Just seems like they should have made a little more effort to keep a long time loyal customer happy. Other than that, love the place. They offer lots of seating options, TV, and free coffee though i dont usually partake. I like to watch the my baby being cleaned. The staff does an excellent job at cleaning the cars inside and out. The staff works hard... cant express how impressed i am with the job they do while dealing with the weather day in and out from the extremely cold days to the days the sun is baking. I also have to say i commend RCCW on the improvements they have implemented to update the facility and to make a better working environment for their staff.

Worse car wash evere. Want to charge me extra $10 because the car is extra dirty. If the car wasnt dirty I wouldnt come for a car wash. Stay away from it. When I asked to speak to the owner the girl I think her name is quira said its a corporation and there is no owner.

Great car wash....just too much money. $44.95 a month now. I brought my first car here in 2014... $29.95. 50% increase in two years. Its getting ridiculous at this point. Sorry guys but see ya later. 3 cars btw.
