I would give zero if I could...came here a few times they always forget to clean something which is fine,because when you ask nicely they clean it. But today was horrible. I asked them to wipe down the door please and the worker said they dont do that for regular basic washes.. Which is okay if I didnt pay for the super wash. The manager came and spoke to him in Spanish for 10 minutes before they took some more time to clean it. After they were done I noticed there were several (11) scratches on the drivers window, very obvious in all directions and when I complained the manager tried to blame it on me by saying "now that the car is clean you can see it " excuse me!!! Not my first car wash!! The car isnt expensive I bought it for 6k but its very special to me and is a rare model to have nowadays (2006 zhp bmw) and the manager was just horrible and rude. He also refused to give me the owners name, said its not his problem and walked off, over spoke me, interrupted me, didnt allow me to speak... The list goes on and on. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!!!!!

BEWARE! scam artists! Besides the usual BS up sell they try to pull...they will tell you a 3 month old car needs a complete detail and specialty wax....when its hardly been driven and only dirty from the valley air. They will also charge you for an SUV if your car is a hatch back....Im. It sure how they figure a Mazda 3 hatchback is a SUV....its 1/3 the dive of any Chevy or Ford SUV. You just last 4 cars a week business from a customer of 4 years. Train your ticket writers about basic customer service.

Hand wash at a decent price. Totally fell for the "$6 exterior only" sign though. First, suv is $8. Totally normal fine print car wash scam. Secondly and quite unfortunate, they dont guarantee your car will be clean with the exterior special. But they will guarantee itll be clean with the $10 full service wash. Oh, I mean $12 for suv. All said it turned out to be $15. (After writing this I reconsidered my 3star to a 2star) But they did do a good job and had free kuerig coffee.

ZERO STARS!!!... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!.....THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR CAR. THEYLL SCRATCH IT, AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. THEY DO NOT WASH THE CARS WELL EITHER. MY TRUNK LOOKS AS IF I WIPED IT WITH SAND, THAT IS HOW BAD THEY SCRATCHED IT. I CAME THE FIRST TIME, AND WAS UNHAPPY, BUT I BELIEVE IN GIVING THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. THE SECOND TIME AROUND WAS NOT ANY DIFFERENT. THE MANAGER ABEL IS RUDE, AND OBNOXIOUS.

I was really amazed by the quality and service of this detailing! My car is black and becomes dusty next day after the wash. Great American Car Wash applied something called green surfacing solution, which not only protects from dusting, but also makes it extra clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this car wash detailing for great service and convenient location. This guy is also mobile!

While occasionally trying out different car washes, Ive settled on using the same car wash for the past 10 years until now. This is my 3rd visit to your car wash and Ive been pleased each time. Everyone knows me to have and keep my cars clean and that Im very particular about how its cleaned. Hope the good service continues. My rating is 4.5.

As car wash places go these guys are really very good. They always do a good job and I feel their prices are pretty reasonable. Theyve been in business a long time and they stand by their work. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with something theyll always make it right. They are good people doing a good job and I would recommend them.

The worst people work there. They drove my RV into a pole, damaging the bumper and the car body, and didnt even have the decency to tell me. They didntt even refund as a compensation. I called the manager and he suggested to fix the bumper, as this "is the only damage he can see". I am speechless how they treat customers...

Great interior/exterior hand wash. You drive in, give your keys to the employees and sit in the lounge while your car gets cleaned. Free Starbucks coffee and interior car scent spray. I think I paid roughly $12? Cant remember exactly but it felt like a good deal.

I have been coming here on and off for a good twenty-five years. The staff is friendly and the service is good. Prices are about average compared to other similar car washes, but it is the consistent service that earns my business when Im in the area.

If your a regular they take care of you. Very slow, not somewhere for a fast wash. Indoor lobby seating area. Not good for trucks or large vehicles. No oversized wheels
