Im truly thankful for these guys. My car was disgusting, destroyed by loaning to friends who drive for ride-sharing services. I got the full service detail from these guys which restored my car to like new again. I was truly impressed (wish Id taken pictures). The smell was fresh with no odors. I wont go anywhere else. I left several items in the car by accident. Totally forgot I had items in the trunk beneath the hatch area. An overnight bag which carried pricey items. As well as an $800 digital camera, $400 pair of heels and more. WHen I returned to pick up my car, all of my belongings were in a trash bag. I couldnt believe how much stuff was accumulated. When I looked through my things, I was amazed at how thoughtful they were. My camera was nicely placed in the glove compartment and undamaged. All the loose change (and some dollar bills) were placed in a plastic ziplock bag. My heart sank as I saw how honest and noble these guys were. I couldnt thank them enough.

At first I thought they did a good job, until I found out they didnt. Problem 1, I asked for a seat and carpet shampoo, when I got in the car after they were done it looked like they cleaned it. When the seats were dry it was as if they did nothing its was exacty like I handed it to them I think they just sprayed water on the seats, and the carpets barley looked vacuumed. Problem 2, I had left a very important book in the car and it has slip in between the seat and center council. Rather than remove it or work around it the book was destroyed by the repeated jabbing of a vacuum head, its not like it was hidden it was obvious did they not look and then further more continued to jab at it. So a $40 car wash turned into a destroyed $30 book and dirty seats and carpet. Take your business down the street.

recently I brought my 2004 Mercedes cl55 in because Premier is the only car wash that has a non tunnel hand wash. Also what was important to me too was when my car is being dried its done in the shade thats why I love them ive been going there for 3 years now even though its a little out of the way for me i wouldnt think to go anywhere else. Last weekend i got he first complete detail since ive owned my car i know i should do it more often and i was a little unusually dirty but those guys made my 6 yr old car look as if i just drove it out of the showroom! thanks so much premier i promise to keep it a lil more cleaner for you next time!!!

Will never take my car and will make sure that no one I know will use this horrible service again. My whole family has been cleaning their cars for years at this car wash but the service has just become unbearable. The cars are cleaned and dried in the shade and once you pull out into the sun you could see how bad of a job was done. When trying to get someone to go over and redo their smears of dirt they give you an attitude and start speaking in Spanish behind your back not knowing that you are fluent in Spanish. A bunch of idiots. Would give them a -5 stars if I could.

The employees were raised by wolves. I was sitting in the waiting area for my car to swing around the corner It seemed to be taking forever, so I stood up and peeked around the corner to see if my car was next to come out of the wash area to my horror the car wash technician was sitting in my car with the drivers visor mirror down picking at his zits in my car. My jaw dropped in disgust and he proceeded for another 30 -45 seconds after I saw him soooo gross. I clorox wiped my car when I got home but still grossed out.

Not only was there dirt on my car that I could rub off with my finger with no effort after the wash, there were still debris in my car and the greeter guy tried to slip a $40 car wash on my tab even after I explicated stated that i did not want an expensive wash b/c I was selling the car in the near future. Moreover, when I addressed the issue about the dirt remaining on my car, the greeter guy said, "oh we dont do that" that is, remove dirt I guess?!

I just went there for the first time this past weekend on Saturday (got the best option "Works"), I did not like the way they vacuumed and dried my car (they had to re-do the vacuum since they didnt get the simplest task done!! - I asked them to do it again) many marks on the windows and I am absolute unhappy about their service so I would never go back there again and would not recommend others to go. They charge high $ but give crappy service!

Donnot recommend !Worse place ever ! My car is not clean ! Alot of spots on my car.I asked the manager to either wash my car again or give my money back but he didnt ! After 45 mins ! They dont care if youre not satisfied! Donnot go there ! Every 2 intersection theres another carwash on ventura blvd ! Ive tried all of them n this one was my worse experience.

I took my girlfriends car to be washed here and received back the car only to find the attendant didnt wipe the inside of the windshield - this is a pretty big thing to miss. Since these things can happen, I wont completely leave this car wash with a terrible review, but I would caution whoever brings their car here to double-check the work.

My car looked amazing from the outside and detailing was great... but the vacuuming in the car is the worst and I suddenly got dirt and stains on my car seats that wont come off... i paid for the 50 dollar detail and wash ... they also completely forgot to vacuum the back of my car (I have a 5 door car)... this was at 2:10p today.

These guys are awesome. I came across them today by mistake on my way home and they were excellent. They have a special Mon-Thursday full handwash for $7.99. Its well worth it! They cleaned my car inside and out, and made it look awesome! Best $8 Ive ever spent, will definitely be back! Thanks Premier!

Omfg......car was "cleaned"...nothing was vacuumed. Back end if car has the same smudges and grime we came to ha e cleaned.....the only thing that seemed washed were the windows... premium my ass. This is what they charge a "premium for"?....Never again ......but Eric was cool

My car was clean and the wash was done pretty fast. But... When I came home I saw a lot of small diets and oily finger prints around the passenger door. This should be cleaned without saying, therefore they get only 3 stars. Will try them again.

Third time is a "charm". Very slow and the car was not clean, as usual but worse than before. Using dirty towels to wipe the inside of the windshield and leaving streaks us just disgusting and unsanitary. Not going back.

Zero care. Staff is very nice, however 2nd time and last time I will go here. They zip it through the wash, and when I get into my car, at finish, its still dusty and nearly nothing is washed down, not even mirrors.
