First of all, someone comes out every 20 minutes and takes the employees tips! Who does that! Their work their labor their tips! Not for someone to come and just take them. Thats so wrong. Id give the place 0 stars but I cant. This is the worst car wash Ive been to. Theres 5 lanes with 2 or 4 cars in each lane. One guy vacuuming in each lane. 4 Hispanics 1 middle eastern guy named Ruben. I go on the lane with the middle eastern guy. All the rest of the lanes are doing there job. Working hard and fast. Ruben is walking around. Passes the vacuum every 5 minutes on each section of a car. Literally takes 25 minutes to pass the vacuum on ONE CAR. I ask him hey can you hurry all the guys have completed 3 cars each and you are barely on the first since I arrived. He replied very rudely saying I didnt know you were my boss. I said Im sorry but you are to slow. Again he replied very rude. So I looked for the manager. Of course hes also middle eastern. Says whats the problem and doesnt do or say anything. Im the customer. When you own a business you have to make the customer happy. I was not rude. Im sure he didnt like me saying if he could hurry but I wasnt rude when i said it. There was no reason for him to be rude back other than do his job right. Also this place is overpriced. Never coming back. Worst experience ever. Stay away if you can. Theres a car wash on Sepúlveda and Parthenia. Cheaper nicer and CLEAN! I stopped here because it was on my way to my destination. Next time Ill turn around and go to the place I normally go to.

Worst experience at a car wash I have ever had. The computer system went down and they didnt have access to the cash register. After over an hour myself and the other 40 people that were left stuck there asked for a discount. A normal place would have done something to remedy their situation. However, the clown at the front counter who said her name was Margarita, said word for word, "Thats what happens when you own a business. Im not giving discounts because its technical difficulties, but I can say thanks for waiting to you if you want..." She should be fired immediately. Also, the fashion police should be called on her as well. LoL She literally looked like a clown. I will make certain to add my review to every site so everyone knows how rubbish this place is. Everyone should boycott this rubbish car wash and Margarita!

I go there all the time! It is an amazing carwash. It really is. The service is amazing. My car looks really good when its finished and ive never had any problems with them! I always get asked how my car looks so clean!!! haha. I recommend it to everyone! Its also very affordable. I go there with my friends all the time and were teens so we need something thats in our price range! The people who work there are also very friendly! They always help me out. The owner is also very nice and so is his wife :). Plus, the gift shop that they have is so good! I always but something while im there. It has everything that you could possibly imagine from clothes to purses to jewelry to candy! My experience there is spectacular and i have been going there myself and with my family/parents for years!

Ive never cared to write a negative review but I just spent 30 dollars for nothing. The car is NOT clean. They didnt vacuum well at all. Theres crumbs and debris and the seats dont look like theyve even been touched. They carelessly put the mats and two of them were backwards. Theres still dust on the steering wheel. I asked if they would vacuum the trunk and again theres still sand and debris. They do a careless job and I have low standards when it comes to a basic car wash but there was nothing about this experience that was remotely satisfactory. My usual place costs me 20 bucks and they put the mats back in the right place. Im literally heading to go re-vacuum my car. Thanks guys.

Worst car wash around the area (probably even the worst in LA). Got a flat tire that I saw in front of my eyes (which is no more than $20 to fix) and manager denies to take responsibility and kicks me out, a customer thats been going there every week. Do not go here if you care about your car. NONE of the employees, especially the manager, cares about the car. They stomp on the gas regardless if the customer is right next to them. Not only that, I paid more than I should to get a wash thats not even clean! Im glad I left there before they blamed another screw up they did on me. Worst experience, but then again, uneducated people that run a place always results in bad reviews.

Maybe like a 1.1. I took my recently new pre-owned car there for a nice car wash. As soon as I got home, I noticed paint scratched off from my hood. I took it in to complain and all they gave me was a piece of paper to fill out. They were inconsiderate with what I had to say and werent being very polite. It was the first time I took my car there, and believe me, its the last. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. Future users, please inspect your vehicle prior to taking it there because if you find scratches or paint being scraped off after the wash, at least you have proof to show them. Otherwise, they will try and blame it on you and say theres nothing to do. >=/

QUALITY : BAD I paid for the had wash $25 plus $10 for Armorall to shine all exterior and interior parts. When a car wash guy finished, I found that tailpipes was still dirty, and shaker food and front chin spoiler wasnt dirty. no Armorall on it. My chrome wheels were not very mirror like finish. I had to borrow their towel to wipe and clean by myself. Very disappointed. I never go back this place again. Ive heard and seen good reputation on Mobile Car Wash service. I will be considering use their service from now on.

As a full time worker and student Im usually very limited on time. Making sure my car is clean at all times is very important for me. I love going to this car wash. Their customer service is beyond great, the workers are very respective and polite, it takes 5-7 minutes and their prices are very affordable. I love their vacuum area. FELIPE is amazing worker , after his magic job my car like new !!!Thanks to this place and thanks to manager David , my car is shining clean after last wash.

Went in for the first time because I needed a car wash and they had a special going today, well never again!! After they were done, I noticed a few new scratches on the front, on BOTH sides of the car! One can be easily buffed out but the other side is a deeper scratch with red paint scrape, and on a brand new silver prius, they were not hard to miss. They didnt even really do a good job, still dirty on the outside and inside! Never going back, that was bs!!

I called to ask prices for the washes and what they had included. the man that answered kept telling me the prices but not what they included! He was not paying attention to my call what so ever and was very rude and to top it off he says "yeah im busy with other costumers right now so just come in ok?"*Hangs up phone. I do believe i was about to be a costumer? This car was in literally around the corner for me but ill make the drive to somewhere else.
