I decided to treat myself to getting my car legitimately cleaned, so I went here. That was my first mistake. After being charged $20+ for a "cleaning" I was treated rudely by the man working with my car after I saw him struggling with the trunk and informed him that the trunk was full and didnt need to be cleaned. I then watched as he basically cleaned my car like a child cleans when theyre in trouble. I got my car back and didnt have time to look it over but noticed some missed spots as I was driving. When I got the chance to actually look at it I noticed that he had not made any effort to clean any corners, had left dirt and dust all over my center console, as well as my drivers door window and lock controls, and my central display. As well as making no effort to clean my passenger side windows or to scrub off any slightly (and I do mean slightly because I was able to get it off with ease when I went back) more difficult dirt on the outside. Upon my return to speak with a manager I was met with extreme hostility. Before I even said anything when he walked up to car he was just saying "no." To me over and over again, but I hadnt said anything yet. I proceeded to walk round the car and show him all my complaints and he just treated me like i was an idiot. I showed him all the dirt and he just said "no." And "you need a higher package for that" over and over again, except all I was asking for was for my car to be legitimately cleaned not just some half-a** attempt at making it seem clean. I didnt even get the air-freshener I paid for he just sprayed some chemicals in my car that lasted all of 5 minutes. All in all what Im trying to say is just dont go here because they dont do their job properly and I honestly think if you manage to find some kids on the sidewalk doing a car wash they are more deserving of your business.

On Feb. 9th 2008 at approximately 4;00 p.m. I came to Northridge Car Wash. I was using the self serve kiosk to vacuum and wash my car. I am a regular customer and I am familiar with the routine at this establishment. As I was vacuuming the interior of my car an employee approached me and said,"Do you know how this works?" I replied "yes". The employee walked away. A few moments later the same employee approached me again and said,"Listen lady, your holding up my business, can you F@*CKING hurry up!" I said to him, "You dont have to talk to me like that, Im almost done." I soon felt someone pulling on the vacuum hose. I looked up to find the same employee trying to yank the hose from my hand. I said to him," I can hand you the hose, you dont have to pull it from my hands." I handed the hose over to him. He said," Thanks a F@*CKING lot B!@CH!" I then asked the employee for his name so that I could report his behavior the his management. The employee replied,"My name is, suck my D!@K B!@CH!" I cannot believe that I was sexually harassed and treated so badly. Not to mention that this employee had no regard for the 2 YEAR OLD CHILD in my back seat! I reported the problem to the management who seemed uninterested.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Worst experience ever. My side mirror was broken during their Express car wash. Of course, I wanted to see the manager. The workers kept ignoring me as I pointed to my newly broken mirror until I got out of the car, unstrapped my infant and started looking for the manager myself. The guy (Im guessing the manager) immediately started accusing me of lying and trying to blame old damage on him. He kept asking me why there was rubber underneath my mirror. (Rubber that was hanging from my broken mirror at the end of the car wash which the worker pushed back under it). But to him, I guess this meant I had broken it before and this rubber now squished under my broken mirror was proof that I was scamming him. Needless to say he was very rude and got irate when I questioned him on what he was accusing me of. He was very patronizing and started getting on my case when I called my husband to try to tell him what was going on. Of course, theres a sign saying theyre not liable for damage, but I have never been so verbally abused in my life. Never again.

While running late to a wedding I stopped by here to have my car washed so I didnt take the bride to her wedding in a dirty car. I asked if that could be accommodated they were more than willing to help. The manager stated he would have two people work on my car to get it done expeditiously. My car in the end looks great but I requested no air freshener and yet they still put air freshener in my car after they asked me multiple times for clarification. There was also a miscommunication about an unopened bottle of water inside my car, they took it and said they thought it was garbage (even after they asked me and I said it wasnt) and the manager walked right by me and put it in the refrigerator to be sold. It wasnt until I questioned why they took the item out of my car that they attempted to return it. I phoned back to speak with the manager, if you could call him that, and all he wanted to do was argue with me as opposed to listening to why I was upset and try to fix it. I for sure will not be back to a place that steals the customers property out of their car.

Since I moved to the Northridge area 4 years ago, I have always come to Northridge Car Wash. Sadly, the customer service has declined, greatly. Yesterday, I pulled up to have my car washed as I normally would, and was going to get the $50 detail. There where three employees at the drop off: one of which who was working, and two of which were texting on their phones. I was not acknowledged. Finally, one of the employees went to my car, sat in the driver seat and was looking for the keys to start it. I held on to the valet key as it is small and didnt want it to get lost. He got out of the car and finally acknowledged me. This took about 4 minutes for them to have any communication since standing outside my car, considering the former information (it was not busy). As I went to hand him the key, he scoffed because he didnt want to move the car. I held onto my key got back in my car and left. I dont expect 5 star catering, however, I do expect service. Too, many poor experiences to have any interested in returning. What a waste.

Above average cost, for a below average car wash. I paid extra for the vip wash to make sure that my car was washed well. I specifically told them about a part of my car i wanted extra clean. When i received my car back, there was still dust all over the inside of it, and the part of my car that i had told them to clean extra well, looked the same exact way it did before i brought my car in, even having black dirt marks that where there before i came in. Obviously the guy at the start totally ignored me, or just forgot to tell his guys, but either way, i was not satisfied with this car wash. I dont see myself ever going back or recommending it to anyone.
