The previous reviewers must have been reviewing a different place. I can say undoubtedly that Y&S Auto Body Shop, on Crenshaw Blvd in Torrance, provided the best service of any auto servicing business Ive ever taken any auto to. I took my 2015 Jaguar to them to repair damage to the front grill, bumper, and sensor. They were recommended by the dealership, and also were mentioned as an option by my insurance company. The work was accomplished to perfection, and the car looks like new again. They were immediately responsive when I arrived, and texted me on progress along the way. The work was completed on time, and the car was immaculate when I picked it up today. I dont wish to have future accidents. But I would recommend this company to anyone with a need for auto body repair.

Originally told the car would be ready in two weeks, after that time we called and were told the car was being painted and would be ready in a few days and they would call us. A few days later, with no return call from Y&S, we called them only to be told the car was almost ready to be painted. Repeated attempts to reach the manager failed. Subsequent attempts for any information when we could expect the car to be returned were met with stonewalling by the receptionist / call screener. The manager was always out. Highly recommend you reconsider any thought of using this group for your auto body work!

I brought my Toyota Prius in to get the the rear bumper fixed. Y and s fixed it but, I continued to have problems with the rear bumper coming off. I brought the car back so they could fix it the right way. while the car was at the shop one of their workers crashed into the front of the vehicle. So they said they would take care of it, but they continued to give me a hard time. I ended up having to go through my insurance company definitely wont do business with them again it was complete headache there was no cooperation by the owner he was rude and unwilling to The situation right.

Customer service is not this company’s priority. They are very nice and attentive when you take your car in but as soon as there is a problem no one wants to take responsibility. When you do get a hold of someone they promise up and down they are going to call you back and help you in any way they can. That never happens and as a matter of fact if you try and call back you can never get a hold of that person again. It’s been three months and my problem is still ongoing I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor to Fair does not explain the service I got. They are unresponsive and unprofessional from the receptionists to the Estimator. Does not call back unless you are the adjuster of the insurance and expect you to pick up the car at a drop of the hat. They upset me so bad that I plan on going all over the internet to rate them so that everyone knows the type of service they give. DO NOT GO, TRUST ME!!

Wow so amazed with this place. We were on vacation and someone scratched our rental. It was small but I know how rental places can be. They gladly came out with some touch up paint and fixed us up free of charge. They are our heroes!!! We just cant say thanks enough. Highly recommend this for their outstanding customer service. And this was the Crenshaw.
