This place is in bed with the insurance companies. After taking 5 weeks to repair our car (from a crash that was not our fault in the first place), we had to go in and DEMAND to get our car back after the vendor delivered the wrong part for the second time and pushed out the finish date another week. They tried to get us to pay a deductible and sign paperwork saying that our cars repairs were finished and all that needed to be done was the door trim. My insurance company advised me not to pay the deductible until repairs were completed but if Kadels said it was fine to drive, we were allowed to take it home. The manager, JERRY, pulled my husband and I aside, cornered us in the side office near the bathrooms and said that if I promised to give them 10s on their customer service when I received my survey from Allstate about them, they would let us have our car back. Naturally, I said yes because at that point, I was too sketched out to keep our car there. What we found when we got home was appalling. I have an entire list of things wrong but here are the major ones: As a result from the accident, there was a crack in the windshield. It did not get repaired nor replaced. They took our transmission out and replaced it with a used, greasy one from a junk yard, without even calling us to get authorization. Our original transmission had a warranty on it and was only 4 months old at the time of the accident. When my husband visited two days before we picked up the car, nothing on it had been mounted, the window was rolled down durning a thunderstorm and wasnt covered at all (yes, the passenger seat has water damage. Thanks Kadels). The next day when we drove by again, the car was suddenly all put together. Our Hi-Flo oil filter was replaced by something Made in Mexico. Theres an exhaust leak in an $800 custom kit. Our insurance company wanted to take our car here and unfortunately, this is the result. Let me just say our car is now at the dealership because in Oregon, you have a right to choose your own repair shop. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PARTICULAR SHOP. They will not bolt things down, they will leave broken parts on your car and all around mess it up. My parents also had two bad experiences with these guys, one being that they took 3 weeks to decide to total my mothers Malibu and when they didnt completely bolt down a bumper for my father (who was a certified auto mechanic for many, many years). If I had known this prior to all this, I would have taken the car out of that shop sooner. Please save yourself the headache and go to a place that will charge the same price and do quality work.

Amazing group of people over there. You remember customer service? Yes, I mean good old-fashioned "I care about my customers and want them to know I do at all times" customer service! It still exists, and youll find it here. My sons car was damaged when his tire hit a patch of ice causing him to hit a curb. Kadels got it fixed up nicely for him, but then we had a motor-mount failure that the insurance was trying to say was due to fail anyway and my son would have to pay out-of-pocket for it. The manager JERRY, who first did a GREAT job of diffusing my anger...which isnt easy when Im protecting my kids.... worked directly with the insurance company and worked everything out, saving my 23 yr old son from paying out of pocket.

I went here as a preferred progressive shop only because I was in a hurry to get my car fixed. I should of done more research and found a different shop. The progressive agent that works out of this shop was very unprofessional. He ordered aftermarket parts to fix my car to save the company some money (he actually told me that) the parts ended up not fitting adding 2 days to the repair time while they ordered factory Toyota parts. The shop never updated me when I asked then to on the status. And the quality of the work down was subpar. They also scratched my door. Ill never get my car fixed here again.

I was greeted by a gentleman named B.C. who was friendly and helpful. He discussed the cost of fixing the scratches on my car. He then offered to buff and polish the spot for free to see if I was happy enough with the result to avoid the extra cost and time for repairs. It looked 50x better after, with just the two tiny paint chips missing. It was definitely a kind gesture, one that I will remember when it comes time for future body work. I would recommend this company to friends.

I had my Merc hood repaired after someone backed into me ( so I didnt pay the $900 bill ) but they excelled on the repair job - can't tell the repair was done. I found the service agent Alfredo exceeded expectations - very responsive and helpful. Fabulous job ultimately. Can't say they are the most inexpensive option if you are shelling out of pocket, but I would include them in my list for estimates in the future, simply because of the results.

I went in to get an estimate for a minor dent in my car. Erik Bustamank assisted me and he was FANTASTIC ! Instead of the $1000.00 + quote I had from other body shops, Erik arranged for John Andrus to removed the dent for me at a far less cost. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond their job description to make my unhappy accident experience much less painless. I would recommend both Kadels and John Andrus to anyone needing auto repairs :)

This place is terrible! They dont call you back, they dont stand behind their work and they did more damage to my vehicle. They tried to play it off and only until the manager stepped in would they fix it... I would not recommend this place. They may seem friendly, but they will give you the runaround of a life time. They say they use new parts but that also is a lie. My wife and I had an issue with a part that if "new would not have happened.

This is a great place to go when your car needs repairs no matter how small. Ray was exceptionally helpful with our car needs today. Sent my Fiancee to fix our mirror and was greeted with a professional attitude along with great customer service. Was in and out in a very reasonable time. Thank you, we will defiantly be returning for future repairs. They have earned our trust with our current and future cars.

Called Allstate after I slid into a curb, took my Ford Focus in for repairs, front right suspension repair, rim and tire replacement, and alignment. Took maybe 2 weeks tops. Quick and courteous. Relatively painless. I would definitely recommend to others. Great job. Great business.

Decent job but very poor customer service. Picked up the car after repairs and it was dirtier than when it was dropped off, the clock was not reset and one of the guys CDs was still in my stereo! Needless to say I kept the CD.
