I am a widow on a fixed income so was very upset with the way this company swindled me out of money. I had a leak in one of my slides. I was told that it was the carpet wicking the water, which was causing the problem. They came out and spent 5 MINUTES supposedly fixing the problem. I paid them $150.00, and when I asked if it didnt fix the problem would they come back out and fix it right and the man said yes. The problem was not fixed. Even at a $100.00 pr hr I should have only been charged $20.00 NOT $75.00. I called and was told someone would be out to fix the problem. 2 weeks later, when I had still heard nothing, I called again and was told I would be charged another $75.00 just for them to show up again and an additional $100.00 an hour for any work done. If you have a slide leak, do not believe them when they sat it is the carpet wicking the water. That was not true! I will be reporting them to the BBB for dishonest business practices. I do not recommend this company!

One day prior to leaving for a 10 road trip, discovered I had a broken kitchen faucet in my Jayco trailer that I was unable to repair myself. Called these guys up a 10am and talked to Bob and although they were booked out for two weeks, they made time for my little emergency. Apparently, they routinely try to help folks out that are in immediate need. I was in and out w/new faucet by 2:30pm. Cant say enough about how awesome these guys were. Highly recommended.

Steve at Lafayette Auto Body was fantastic to work with! He got a very reasonable estimate to us quickly, worked with our insurance adjuster to help speed up the process, and did some searching around to get the parts in as soon as possible! While traveling through the area a problem developed with my MHs 12 volt system. They worked me in and solved my problem . Very happy with the owner and his staff ,will definitely recommend this repair facility. As a bonus they recommended a place across the street(the Roadhouse) for lunch that was wonderful. Ive been very happy with all of the repairs they have done for me over the years. From damage to a travel trailer, to installing a trailer brake and helping me with the warranty, they always go above and beyond. They have also repaired my vehicles when Ive been hit on a couple of occasions. I would definitely recommend them.
