The absolute WORST experience I have ever had from an auto repair shop. I work for dealerships so I am familiar with the whole servicing process and know what to look for and the tricks these kinds of places try to pull. Unfortunately I was referred here by a relative. Taking my car to this shop was a HUGE mistake. The first sign that this place was not on the up and up was the fact that they dont take credit card or check, just cash. Fishy dont you think?? For a simple fender bender my car was stuck in the shop for a month for a repair which should have taken two weeks at most. Two weeks after my car had already been in the shop I called to check the status of my vehicle. They made absolute NO contact with me to let me know how my car was doing, I HAD TO FOLLOW UP MYSELF. They told me that they had found another problem that they had missed in the initial inspection. WHY WAS IT MISSED DURING THE INITIAL INSPECTION?? The day it was supposedly ready to be picked up, I called only to find out that they had ordered a wrong part and it would be two more days. Upon delivery of my vehicle I noticed scratches on the driver side interior door handle, grease all over the door material, as well as hundreds of dollars worth of missing merchandise from my vehicle. I suppose it was my fault for failing to remove it but somehow I did not think high heels and nursing books would be of any interest to them. How wrong I was. EVEN MY CAR MANUAL WAS MISSING!!! Not to mention hundreds of unexplained mileage on my vehicle. Joyriding perhaps?? I was out of town during the service and maybe knowing this they thought they could take advantage of me probably thinking I was some young naive girl. WRONG. When confronted about all these mishaps, the owner denied EVERYTHING. Claiming that they never even touched the interior or drove the vehicle. ARE THEY ON CRACK?? How would that even be possible? He then claimed all the missing merchandise was due to the tow truck company which again was IMPOSSIBLE because I rode with the tow truck company and accompanied my vehicle while it was being towed the entire time. For him to completely disregard my complaints is ridiculous. He was of no help, hung the phone up on me several times only to yell at me to, "NOT CALL ANYMORE!" He also questioned my intelligence and commented that me and my mother were uneducated. Trust me, I wanted very much to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. He went to high school with my uncle and seemed nice enough and even gave us a "discount" but this is just ridiculous. I lost more in stolen merchandise than I paid for my deductible. Never have I ever been so disrespected by a service provider or dealt in such an unprofessional manner. Save yourself the frustration. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP AND GO TO A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. The "discount" is not worth all the hassle. Trust me, I would not want anyone else to go through something like this. Im a student, I dont make a lot of money, and my car was virtually wiped out. The frustration I went through, the tears I shed over this, arguing with the owner to give me even a little bit of help. I would not want anyone to have to go through an ordeal like this. Ive caught them in numerous lies and have gotten the run around over and over again. Ive been promised to be called back only to never receive a phone call. The saddest part is that I believe theyre deliberately holding my belongings or deliberately refusing to look for them just to spite me. I am thoroughly disgusted and 150% unsatisfied with the service I received. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. and the work actually done to the vehicle was horrific. The vehicle was not even properly detailed there was white crap all over my tires. The worse experience with a service provider I have EVER experienced.

I dont think Im a bad driver, but cars tend to hit my car either while Im in it or while my car is just parked. Multi-craft has now helped me fix three different cars! Two that are mine and one from my fiance (he cant stop hitting the walls in his works garage). Multi-craft prices are very fair and they do a spectacular job with matching the paint and making the car look brand new. They are my go-to for all my car accidents even though I live closer to San Jose. When I got into my first car accident I went to them thinking it was going to be a hectic, stressful process - it wasnt at all! I pretty much gave them my insurance information, approved the fix, and a rental car person came to pick me up. They handle calling your insurance for you and all the logistics. Im the person who babies my cars and its hard to trust others with my cars, but I totally trust Multi-craft and they make car accidents feel stress free. Now when someone damages my car, it doesnt stress me out. I HIGHLY recommend Multi-Craft Auto Body Shop.

These guys are still the BEST! Recently, I had to get my side view mirror replaced (a SamTrans bus got me) And once again Multi Craft Auto Body was fairly priced, excellent customer service ( they remembered me from previous year) and made the whole experience painless. I wouldnt leave a 2nd review but these guys Mike & Eric at front desk) are just too awesome. I had left San Francisco for Burlingame and couldnt find anyone reasonable in my area or in the Peninsula where I work. The lowest quote I got was $1950 The guys came in at 1/2 that (labor too) and were able to fit me in on my limited schedule (have an infant). They did an excellent job! They even painted some minor scratches at the door, which they did not have to. Thank you guys! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

Well I finally had an accident and destroyed my back quarter panel. So, new to this process I looked around and checked Yelp and Google Reviews and found MultiCraft who seemed to be the best auto body shop in Burlingame. My insurance carrier also was supported with MultiCraft (Geico) and so off I went to schedule my car for repair. They dropped me off at the business and fixed the car back to original paint and parts and I cant tell there was any damage. These guys are good. Based on some of the other cars they had in their shop they know custom paint as well. I wish all my experiences were this good. The other thing I liked was how clean the receptionist area was and how they offered really good coffee and a snack. My hats off to these guys.

This place is the BEST!! 10 stars!! My 2010 Toyota Matrix was the victim of a bad driver. My friend recommend me Multi-Craft Auto Body Shop. The owner Erick and his stuff were so friendly, and understood how stressful the whole process can be. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and even took care of my rent car as well. They were professional, and they do fast, quality work. I picked up my car 2 days ago. My car looks brand new and runs better than before! Not only was the damage from accident fixed,scratches had been fixed, and the car had been washed and clean inside and out. Its free of charge. AMAZING!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.Thank you to Erick and the stuff at Multi-Craft Auto Body Shop!!
