Having only used a Ford that has a Quicklane, it was interesting coming to this Ford. You can make an appointment for an oil change, but its not required. Meaning you are almost guaranteed to have to leave it for the day. The setup is weird, you drop off in the service department, but pick it up with the cashier; never getting to speak to anyone who touched the vehicle. I only found out through my Ford Owner account online (months later) that they thought something with my tires needed immediate attention, though I dont know what because naturally the cashier wouldnt know. The staff is pretty friendly, though the service department fella I got couldnt seem to understand my clear plain English when I was relaying my contact info because they had the wrong phone number so I never got a call saying my vehicle was ready. Then when I called about getting some work done, they checked my contact info, corrected it and then never called back so I ended up going elsewhere for the work. Its nice to be able to get parts from the part department when I need them, but unlike with the Quicklane that is impressive (and doesnt charge for an extra couple quarts of oil during an oil change) this Ford hasnt won my business.

Buyer beware. Turns out the License/Registration fee and the Title&Registration fees charged didnt really mean the registration was actually paid, which I discovered when the DMV sent the expired registration notice. First Wilson explained that they hadnt really charged the fee, oh no, wait, they had typed it on the wrong line, oh no, actually their policy was not to charge registration if the tags expired within two months, and on and on. And since this was the second unpleasant "oh no, what it says is not what it really means," discovery with their paperwork, I would never do business here again.

We have had our ups and downs here but at the end the guys at the service desk are always awesome and go above and beyond our needs, they did everything we asked for. Jeff was helping us out and he was awesome, he treaded my mom with respect and honesty. I will most definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to service their car.

They did a great job!!! Service adviser Scott did a great job answering all my questions. They are a great group of people. I would have giving 5 stars but they forgot to vacuum out my car, its no big deal but it would have a nice gesture. But this is great place to go to get your FORD or MOPAR fixed.
