Resourceful, thorough, reliable, and efficient! I could not ask for more! I came into Salem Auto Body with a custom installed sunroof hole--the glass had broken and shattered all over the road. I spent at least 9 months trying to get someone to help me with this problem. I must have asked just about every auto body shop or glass place in the Salem area to help me with this predicament, but to no avail. Seriously! Meanwhile, I was driving around Oregon with no sunroof in my car--enjoying free rain showers most of the year and hot, direct sun on my face this summer. When I came to Salem Auto Body, not only were they friendly and willing to help, but they fixed the hole in the roof of my car in ONE week! Glass and all! It is a perfect fit and was VERY appropriately priced. I truly cannot thank the employees at Salem Auto Body enough for their fine work, innovative solution to my problem, and quick, efficient job. I do not recommend people or places very often, but i would DEFINITELY recommend Salem Auto Body to anyone looking for a job well done. Great work guys! Thank you Matt--and I do plan on coming back in the future if I have any more car mishaps:) A+!

WOW!!! What an awsome place!!!! My husband put his car into a tree and fence and it was pretty mangled up, I was so stressed out when I called and the woman who answered the phone was so sweet and comforting. She assured me she would do whatever she could to make this as smooth and stress free as possible. And they did! They handled towing my car, gave my husband a ride to work and when the car was ready they picked him up and brought him back to Salem Auto Body to take home the car. They were happy to give us status updates when we called. And on top of all of that when my insurance didnt want to pay for the damage the same woman fought the insurance for me and won!!! They paid for it. I never would have had the patience or the knowledge to deal with them and get the results this woman got. And the car looked good as new. I am so happy with their service I would recommend them to anyone. They made a promise to make this as smooth and stress free of an experience as possible, and that is exactly what they did and anyone who has dealt with an autobody shop or insurance can appreciate that!!! Thank you Salem Auto Body!!!

We Trust Their Advice! We had collision repair on our other car fixed at Salem Auto Body and they found damage the "insurance" company did not. I trust them to be honest and fair. Just had them look at a problem with our new car (new to us) and they were able to help identify the full extent of the repairs needed and were happy to help. We are scheduling the repairs. The person who made the comments below about full body paint jobs does not understand what goes into a complete paint job. Asking how long a job like that would take is like asking how long a string is through the telephone. Unless someone can look at the vehicle they would have no way of knowing. I appreciate Ray and the crew at Salem Auto Body and trust their judgement. When the estimators and craftsmen look it over and take the time to really inspect they find out what it will really take to fix it. And I am very glad they operate this way!

i would not recomend these people to anyone. I just called their office to ask a few questions and before i got even ten words out of my mouth the woman who answered the phone sighed loudly and basically told me she didnt have time to answer my questions but if i brought my car in someone else in the shop would answer any questions i had. i just called to find out about how long a basic full body paint job usually takes in there shop. wow they were rude

Is there any real reason to go anywhere else? I have had many vehicles repaired by Salem Auto Body over the years; cars, pickups, 1-tons, large flatbeds, and crane trucks. It is comforting to know that all I need to do is drop the vehicle off and pick the vehicle up and repairs and painting is done right!

Got rear ended in my classic Chevy Caprice. Took 2 months to finally get it back with a crappy orange peel paint job. They let it sit outside on the street and the battery ran down. Just shined us on for 2 months. I would Never go back there.

Kind and courteous service friendly staff helpful informed The Experience altogether was quite delightful refreshing not what you expect from your usual Greasemonkey type environment all together the experience was excellent

Great place! Other places quoted me too high just to repair a dent on my car. This shop quoted me the lowest and they did an awesome job.
