Long overdue review for this shop, but theyve given me consistent good service all the way back to like 2011. Recently though, my car got smashed by some girl and I gave my new Subaru to them to fix up. Took 3 months, but that was subarus issue with sending the wrong parts. They kept me updated, were nice any time I called or had concerns. I dont remember any names but the main mechanic guy is amazing. When I got my car back, I drove it to work, and on the way home it made terrifying noises to the point I stopped, almost cried, and called him 5 minutes before they closed. He drove to me and picked it up with a rental car and made sure there was no charge. Then later I took it back in for some other issues, and ended up killing the battery on my rental car 15 minutes before they closed. I called him, and he came to jump my rental car battery with my car, tradesies, no worries, and left. The issues Ive had didnt appear in their checkups but he found a "loose" piece on my hatchback so therefore, all charges were due to me previous accident and nothing out of pocket for me. Even the receptionist lady is very sweet and helpful. Great customer service, Id send them cookies if I was skilled enough.

Still do not have my car the shop evident order the wrong parts or were sent the wrong parts and I was pretty much told oh well its not our fault. They wont have my car back til next week lol wonder what excuse it will be next week since its been a month already. They least they could have done was provided me a rental car for the inconvenience!!!!!!! But nope all I got was an oh well its not our fault we will let you know when its ready
