This place is legit. Rolled up in my V DUB with a large scratch and a dent. Some employee was the first on the scene and rubbed my car and took a good look at it. Back in the office he wrote up an estimate that included hours, parts, paint etc. Super professional. Then walked in Ricky the owner. He was super nice and looked through the other guys report and even knocked off a couple hours of labor because he knew the job wasnt going to as long as the other guy thought. I told him right now I just wanted the door unjammed and he said no problem I can do that right now. He grabbed this metal looking spatula and unjammed the door.. for free! He gave me an estimate around the same price as other places but since Im a broke kid I decided to wait. A few months later I called him and he still had my report on file and I came in the same day. He said it would take a week. Exactly one week later he calls me and says its ready! The price was the exact amount on the estimate too! Even down to the penny! Car was looking super fly. It really looked amazing. Couldnt find a flaw. So all and all I think the guys over there are honest and really professional.

First and foremost I want to take this opportunity to thank Ricky Piceno personally for the unbelievable job you and your staff did on my Toyota Camry. Some of the things I found that impressed me the most, were the courtesy, professionalism and the amazing job demonstrated by Ricky Piceno (owner) and his staff. Everything about this experience from when I met Ricky, was above and beyond what I expected. My car now looks better now than what it did prior to my accident. I took my old 1994 Jaguar vanden plas to up town for some repairs and paint a few years ago and soon after i went back to show Rick Piceno the cracking paint and he said it was cracking because it was painted by a person he called by name and that he did it while the car was still wet !!!! he wanted to re do it for halve of what he charged me originally but i could not afford it ! The car is 20 years old but the original paint on the rest of the car is actually very beautiful (Cherry Red ) but the area up town did kills the car ! Cracks everywhere , One of this days I will be able to save from my disabled person fix income to fix it right ! Good Day !

Great Company, Great Owner, Great Job! The owner of Uptown Auto Craft, Ricky Piceno, and his staff, did a great job on my old 89 Toyota Camry. Someone hit it while it was parked on the street, and I never could find out who. Therefore since the car is so old, I only have PL & PD insurance on it, so this fix was out of my pocket. Ricky did and excellent job at a very reasonable price. He even took out the paint chips that were not a part of the accident damage. Uptown Auto Craft went above and beyond in the service they provide, I would highly recommend anyone that needs auto body to give Ricky Piceno a call.

Uptown Auto is second to none. We got into an accident and they wanted to tow my truck to a yard I did not know about. I told them to take my vehicle to Uptown Auto Craft. Ricky took great care of me and my interests. The insurance company even knew of Ricky and his excellent service! He handled the adjusters with me, he made sure I did not get taken advantage of, and looked out for me. How cool is that. You never want to go to a body shop, but if you need to go to a body shop, call Uptown Auto Craft.

I Could not believe it!!!! A squirrel got into the hood of my car and ate some wires. A friend told me to call Ricky at Uptown Auto, I called and he got and finished my car in the same day!!!!!! They were very helpful and dealtailed in explaining what was done to my car!!! Thank you Ricky and the Employees at Uptown Auto!!! Would Highley recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
