My new Kia Rio was in a fender bender / hit & run. The left side was scratched and dented. I came in to G & C not really familiar with the auto body business. I was immediately consulted with Patrick and he gave me straight forward information on the total estimate, the time frame for repair, and the logistics of the rental. All-in-all, I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday at Lunch, was given a rental vehicle (at a minimal cost) at the same time. I received a voicemail two day later with an update. The following Wednesday the vehicle was ready for pickup. The body-part they replaced had to be painted and match the rest of the vehicles factory coat. It looks terrific!! Every time I approach my car I try and see if I can see anything they missed. Absolutely nothing hahaha. Its magic. Thank you for the great service and more importantly the great work your team at G & C Auto Body performed!!

Best experience Ive had with auto body repairs. Not knowing any body shops a friend told us about G&C. Called the office to see if we needed an appt. told to come in at our convenience, met with manager, James who was very pleasant, he explained the process, how much time involved and arranged the car rental details. The work done was great, completely satisfied. The staff at G&C are great, excellent customer service skills!!
