We had just moved to California from Texas and so we were are new to the area. This was a problem because we didnt know anyone we could trust to repair my wifes car which I (my wifes version) accidentally closed the garage door on the hatch and did some damage. So I began researching body shops and accidentally came across Integrity. I set up an apt which was easy, meet with Fidel and we began talking and let me tell you he is a very interesting individual with a lot of knowledge and as I was getting my estimate he went into detail on what was going on and what they would do to fix it. He presented me with the estimate and off I went thinking this is a honest guy. We went on vacation, had some issues come up but I never forgot about the car and my wife didnt let me so about 1 month later I called and Fidel remembered me, how he did I dont know I cant remember anything from the day before. We talked brought the car in and it was fixed exactly on the day promised and with extreme attention to detail. Well you would think that would be it but low and behold 1 month later my wife is hit from behind and so back to Integrity we go. I got an estimate, filed the claim and they began work thinking this would be a clear cut case of acceptance of liability. Oh no nothing goes as planned so our car was ready and we are in a rental but the insurance company tells me they cant determine fault just yet and that when they do they will only cover the rental car for 3-4 days well we are on day 7. So, I called Integrity and put them to the test and my first impression of Fidel and Oscar and asked if they would release our car to us until the insurance fiasco is resolved. I told them I would leave them a credit card for insurance that the repairs would get paid if the insurance company in 7-8 days doesnt pay for damages.. Holy Crap they said with out hesitation or reservation yes they would because they take care of their customers. What they did to help us out and relieve some of the frustration and financial burden we will have was absolutely with out a doubt amazing and very well appreciated. Amazing company who truly does have INTEGRITY and are HONEST individuals who do believe in the old adage of taking care of your customers because they will take care of you. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE....GREAT JOB and Thanks.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO QUICK FINISH First of all, let me start by saying that this team is absolutely amazing. Jennifer handled most everything and I am soooo grateful for her. I love my car and get very nervous ever leaving it or in the possession of someone else. I wasnt worried about them, probably because I was being put up to date with everything. This team contacted me more than my own insurance. Also, they kept in contact with me through email AND phone. They truly care about how their customers feel and take into account what the customer wants not what your insurance wants. EVEN when your insurance wants things to be easier they will still fight for you and what you, as their client wants no matter how much harder it may be. In my case, they lost some money that could have been made just to make sure my lousy insurance was happy and not putting parts that wouldnt fit correctly on my vehicle. They truly make you feel as a valued customer and even one of the team in the process. Down to every phone call, they introduced me to the team. Kept me up to date on every single little detail, pulled the strings they could where they could, and to top it off detailed my vehicle. and not the once over wipe down most places do but every nook and cranny were as clean as the day I picked it up off the lot. Not to mention the outside of the vehicle. Even after picking up my vehicle from them which didnt take that long BTW they reached out to make sure everything was still in great condition. I love the job they did and words can not repay the way I felt every time I reached for the phone and Integrity was calling. YES RELIEF! THANK YOU SO MUCH Jennifer, Oscar, and Maggie and the rest of the Integrity team for making this as pleasant as possible.

Great team at Integrity Auto Collision Center. I found them through online reviews, dropped by for a quote and ended up using them for a simple repair to the hood. The car belonged to my aunt, who ended up in a hospice situation. When we went to collect it, we found some hood damage ... even though the car just sat in her carport for almost a year with no one driving it. Jennifer from Integrity was my first contact through email and helped me through the estimate process. She also kept me informed of status through regular email updates. The entire team was very patient through the lengthy insurance issue that arose from the fact that my aunt had apparently already claimed the accident, unbeknownst to me. So, with a lot of back and forth, the insurance ended up paying for partial repairs and we paid for the rest. The simple repair turned into a month-long ordeal of back and forth, but Jennifer kept on top of it and kept me in the loop. On pickup day, Oscar helped me fill out the final paperwork and I was out the door quickly. The repair looks great and they even detailed the inside of the car, which looks better than it has in a long time. I would fully endorse using Integrity Auto Collision Center for your repair needs and would definitely bring my Lexus or other vehicles to them.

I was recommended to go to Integrity after a small rear end accident on May 3rd. I went straight there just to see what kind of estimate I could get on my car. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with great customer service. The workers at the front desk gave nothing less than their utmost concern for what my car is worth, and they informed me of every right I have as the individual not at fault in the accident. From there the process was very smooth, Integritys staff kept good contact with me informing me of anything happening with my car. There was never any miscommunication or hold up. Any time there was a chance to possibly get something better for my car, they were able to find parts completely worth the cars original value, if not more. Last, I could not have asked for faster or more efficient service. It took less than a month (22 days) for my car to be fixed and better than it was before. The accident was not major, but the honest estimate gave me a look into how there was more damage inside the car. I give Integrity 5 stars because of their honesty and the amazing service that was completely worth those 22 days. Thanks Integrity!!!!!!

I got rear ended in a parking lot a few weeks ago. I stopped by to check them out, since they had such high yelp reviews. I am new to the area, and didnt know of any businesses worth trusting. These guys were great. They helped me process the insurance claim, since I had no idea what to do, they gave me a ride to the rental car, and they called me every few days to give me updates on my car. Oscar and Fidel were completely amazing! They even detailed my car while it was in the shop. The payment process was completely transparent. I understood exactly what they had done for me, they went above and beyond and made sure to replace all the parts necessary with new parts, not salvage parts, and I feel comfortable coming to them if I have any questions. They also took tons of pictures of the repairs process for me to keep for my insurance records. I felt like they really cared about my business, and were eager to help me. I will be coming to them again if I need any help.
