I dropped my truck off on a Friday before Christmas. I was told it would be about 7 business days. I knew there would be a delay do to weekend and the holiday coming up. So I believed it would be ready the 30th. When I called they said it would be closer to the 4th. They found more damage and the adjuster was to come look at it that day or next. Finally the next day all went thru insurance and parts were to be ordered and in by Friday. I was told it should be ready by the 11th. I said we will be out of town then. So then I was told they would shoot for Friday the 8th. I called Tuesday for update and was told there was a part missing and lady was on phone with insurance to find out what happened. Called next day lady said part may be in today or next at the latest. Well I figured at the latest because theyve had car for 2 1/2 weeks already. Finally told my car was ready the 7th. Hallelujah!!! Got car checked it over. The door made a horrible sound opening and closing. So we waited another 20 mins for them to adjust door once more. Finally I said its fine. Being without a car is horrible. When youre told 5 to 7 business days figure in at least 3 weeks.

I dealt with Greg, the owner. He appears to be honest and sincere. However I find out that he cheated me and the insurance. The insurance paid him to paint and blend the adjacent door. He took the money and did not do it. Also when I was interviewing him he promised that will buff the exterior of the car and detail the inside. He did not do any of these promised work. Finally, the repair work that performed on the bumper is showing the damaged area. His workmanship is also lousy. I am in process to report him to the insurance fraudulent and also to "ABR" Automotive Bureau of Repairs.

I went to Graphic and Im glad I did! I tried to get estimates from other body shops, but they were either too busy to talk with me or said I needed to get an appointment for a simple estimate. I went to Graphic, the staff was friendly and they took the time to go over the estimate and to give me options. I chose Graphic for the repairs and my car looks as good as new.

I dont usually give reviews but I thought this shop needed a nice "Job Well Done!!" My insurance company wasnt the easiest to deal with and they really helped me to work with the insurance company and get my car fixed and it looks great. Couldnt be happier with the service and quality. I would definitely refer family and friends.

Took forever to get car repaired. Had to take it back several times and it always came back with something wrong. Last time the masking tape was still stuck to the door. Lots of corners cut and lack of detailed work.

Excellent service. They made it easy and painless. My truck is like new again. I would use them again although i hope dont need to!
