Really honest and nice! My kid forgot to close his door (back passenger side) before I backed the car from garage. The door got bent a little, it can close with very hard (and had to push down little) but left a clear distance from body at the top that rain can get in. I went to them by recommendation. Indeed at beginning, I am doubt them because I always heard that autobody work is expensive and need compare. So, I went there and asked for an estimation. The man at front desk came out to have a look. He helped me bend a little to get it fixed.And he did not charge a cent. Now car looks great and they are so nice. He is so nice and honest. When I drove back, I think I should do something, now I saw this review, Id like to share with you and I am not surprise that before me there were already three 5 stars. I will definitely go them if any body work needed..

I went to United Autobody with problems related to repairs made by the previous owner 13 years ago. This ownership kindly fixed the problems that took them a couple hours to complete with no qualms. I would have had to pay a couple hundred dollars to have them fixed elsewhere. They were very nice about doing so. I would not hesitate to use this firm because if they stand behind the previous owners work theyll surely stand behind their own.

Very friendly and helpful! My bumper needed to be reattached - they were able to fix it in less than 10 minutes, and provided the assistance free of charge. Awesome service.
