I will never take my vehicle to this establishment again. I will never recommend this service to anyone ever. Just about 10 months ago Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood sent me to these guys to re-paint my entire front bumper on my S550 Mercedes. I recently had to re-visit these guys because the entire front bumper paint was peeling like paper!! Okay, recently - I had new body work to be done due to an accident a guy nudged my rear bumper at stop light. I commenced to getting quotes. His insurance was covering the fix. My first quote was with Exotic Cars in Bellevue - Reasonable and Excellent Customer Service with seemingly high integrity. (I shouldve stayed with these guys) However, I needed to address my front bumper. So I did with Belred. I explained to BJ the service rep there (Whos a complete lying scum bag of a person). My situation - okay the warranty protected me to have them redo the front bumper..- However, he wanted a 2nd chance to deliver supposedly great service to me this time up regarding my needs for the rear bumper..(HE GAVE ME A QUOTE; WE AGREED TO A PRICE FOR THE FIX ON MY CAR). I felt like okay. Ill give this guy a 2nd chance. His company wasnt on the list as a vendor for Farmers insurance..so I was really giving him the benefit of the doubt that this time hed deliver with some integrity. I got to pick up my car yesterday with the letter that the Insurance company had sent him and additional check for the replacement of the rear bumper....He then use the quote of the insurance company to change the cost that we agreed upon already without ever calling me and communication property. He swore he left me a message. No!! What this scum bag did was a bait and switch; and dishonestly maneuvered to extract all the insurance funds that he could for commission sake. He never cared about making my experience with this company a better on it was really about how much commission and insurance dollar he could grab... I was a fool .. I didnt go with my instinct... once youve had disgusting service with establishment.... never think theyre going to change......stay away from this con-artist approach to business. He didnt keep his word. SCUM BAG !!!!!!!!! ________________________________________________________________________ Ive made an adjustment to this review for one reason ONLY Linda the owner of this establishment called me once back in town. She grilled her service rep; and acknowledge his horrible performance. She credited me back my money; and explained in detail the warranty on their work. She made it clear - this isnt how they treat their customer. Theyve been in business a long time; and have a great reputation. I told her because she made this right- I would up her rating accordingly. I up the rating by 2 stars due to the owners performance with resolving the issue with excellent communication. I just took my BMW E92 here for some body work after someone backed into me... I also had them install and paint a full body kit with the MTEC bumper, M3 side skirts and front bumper. To give some background on myself I am a total car fanatic and probably am a little "too picky" with my cars. However, I rather expect a lot from people than vice versa. Needless to say, this was a fantastic experience; I have never been this satisfied with any body/paint work that I have ever had done from another shop... and I have used quite a few over the years. This was done perfectly, both the kit and the damaged rear corner looks like new and I have no way to tell that something was done, painted, and blended. And unfortunately I am the kind of guy that will find a mistake if it exists. I have just found my new shop and will do all my work here in the future. As a matter of fact, they are currently doing some work to my RS4 and I am convinced that it will turn out as great. I worked with Erik over there who took great care of me; professional, skilled, quick and listened very patiently to what I wanted to have done. Also, met with Kurt who was the one assigned to work on the car to discuss some details with him. Highly recommend this place and I will give an update when I get the RS4 back... a bit more work to that one! UPDATE: Just picked up the RS4 and to no surprise it was perfect. All the repair work was done with OEM parts and the fit was as good as new, with perfect paint match. I was especially glad that these guys got to handle this one since it is a fairly rare car and I wanted to make sure to keep it perfect. Thanks again! I hope not to need any repairs for a while, but if I do I will definitely go here.

2 stars for an ok job on my car. Thats all. Went there because of a dent requiring some replacements and they promised a delivery in 10 days (max period) but delivered only after 1 month and 1 week after some10 visits and innumerable phone calls chasing them. Their tone changed in couple of weeks after getting my vehicle to the point that they told me that they are not a museum to keep my car forever and they have other customers to handle when their promised time to me was far over. While taking my car in, they told that it will be breeze to go through insurance formalities and they are used to dealing with negotiations. Then they started taking that as an excuse that insurance is delaying and had asked me to call up the insurance too. Every time I call them, they have some or the other excuse (some other car on the bench, i am doing all that I can, but it is beyond me, insurance delaying, queue in paint job etc) Upon checking with the staff there, I came to know that the person who took in my car had over promised all customers beyond a point that they can deliver on the promised dates. I have had my shares of going to repair shops in the last 15 years but this place was the worst experience ever. It was a nightmare dealing with Bel Red auto and I wouldnt be going there again, even if they offer a free repair.

Repairs on 2007 Porsche 997.1 TT. Took one month for original insurance repair. I came back to find GT3RS vent installed 1" too low. Additionally, found a few new scratches in areas that were not even painted. Moreover, they broke left headlight washer, left boot area filthy and covered in buffing compounds, did not even paint screen below vent with any care leaving a spotted appearance and did not even use Rennline clips provided to hold vent. After dropping off the second time, and an additional week, I came back to another slightly askew vent, poor color match (1st time was pretty good) and a large scratch from K40 install, an unsecured passenger indicator and a center OEM vent not even snapped in. I live in Bellingham and drove down to Bel-Red due to their reputation. Wow what a mistake. I spent more money making 8 trips down there than the orginal repair cost.

Poor communication and LIES, especially by Daniel. He never emailed me even though I early on tried having him email me. Repair estimated to take 2 weeks after receiving parts. Its been a month and essentially nothing has been even started on my car. Was told by him my car wasnt a priority. Seems like they are taking on too many customers and unable to efficiently fix the cars they take on. Also having an employee who is constantly lying to customers about progress on their vehicle doesnt help... Once I got the car back and examined it in the daylight.... They had it parked outside for my pickup -- I see some poor workmanship. Notice the lower stoneguard installed by Bel-red and how it is peeling off. Also my front stoneguard on the cow of the car was damaged. I have contacted Linda and my insurance and am awaiting a response to these issues.
