I had an AMAZING experience with this shop. A few weeks ago when I was in the parking structure at my office building, one of the cement support beams ran into the trunk and bumper of my new Lexus! Waaahhhh! Seriously, I had my car in there to be checked out, they told me they would have to order some parts and if I didnt want to be without my car longer than I needed to (remember I love my new car!), that they would call me when the parts were in. Yeah! I get to keep my car a few extra days, but waahhh it has dents in it :-( Anyway, when the parts where in, they called me, put me on the schedule for the repairs to be completed. I brought my car in, and they were done with it on time! in fact they told me my car would be ready on Monday and it was ready on Friday! I now get the whole weekend to role around in my sexy car again (with no dents) Yippee! Okay, so now for the workmanship. I mean really, they are AWESOME!!! These guys even called my insurance company to get a supplement because my insurance company didnt consider that the paint needed to be blended with the side panels. My insurance company came out analyzed it and increased the work to be done. The guys at Arseen even waited to put my protective cover on my bumper until the paint had plenty of time to set, dry what ever you call it when you need to wait for paint to dry. Yet, another thing that I can say they went above and beyond, to do for me to make sure my car would be protected for years to come. I mean making sure my paint is going to match and that it didnt get messed up by putting the protective sticker on it too soon, etc! This is pretty rock star as far as I am concerned.

Avoid this fly trap ! A Geico customer did a U turn and wiped out the left side of my Nissan 350Z convertible. The police put him 100% at fault and Geico accepted fault. Geico was surprisingly pleasant to deal with and suggested this all in one repair shop with on site adjusters and no hassle rental - my accident was "lucky ebough to qualify for this special service." I should have been suspicious that it all seemed to easy. At first they setup my rental. They told me it was half full but when I later checked it was closer to 1/4. They changed it when I pointed it out. It turns out this cozy little setup is meant to help the insurance companies deny parts of the repair. Suddenly all sorts of diagnosis were required heading towards $1000 "if we find it wasnt accident related." My convertible feature worked just fine in the days before the accident - now stuck. But $500 if we decide its not related despite the left frame being crushed into the containing compartment. $100 if we decide that air bag indicator wasnt related. And even though the bumper is damaged on the left side it looks like prior damage so we arent going to repair that. This shop is a front to minimize insurance company outlays. Stay far far away ! For those of you already scammed by this setup complain to state authorities so they can investigate and shut it down.

Worst service ever. They dont know how to talk to a customer forget about repair it to the satisfaction. Came in for a repair through GEICO. When they deliver the car, they simple hand over the keys and done. I looked at the door and find it repaired, but did not realize they have broken the side mirror assembly. After 2 weeks, i notice the hairline crack and went back. Bill simply denied that its a possibility that their people while repairing the door must have done the damage or it could be the old damage, but they did not fixed it. Bill told me that look at the pictures it looks like a new damage and when asked to show the pictures, there is no way you can tell if a damage has happened. You ask why i notice the damage after 2 weeks, simply because its not easy to tell there is a damage. I have asked simple question to them if as a human being they could have find that damage and Bill said yes. That tells me how bad a company and a person he is in terms of accepting a human error he simply denied the whole thing. The repair for them cost less than $300, but they simply dont care, neither the satisfaction of the customer or neither backing up their own worst repairs and employees who might have done the damage and have not notified them.

One of the biggest shop in Caliornia - they have FOUR paintbooths - its lika a car factory here. All the staff are very nice and genuinely want to make sure you have a great experience! The two owners are brothers and really make sure you are ok - with EVERYTHING done on your car. Geico and other insurance companies have desks RIGHT here!! they can even get you a rental RIGHT at the shopp@@@. God forbid you are ever in an accident.. come here and youre going to know you went to the right place!!

Had such a good experience at this shop! I dropped off my car on a Thursday, and it was ready exactly a week later. Everyday I received an update via text message. I was explained the entire process from the start, and was told all the repairs done when I picked up my car. Bill and Jessica, my GEICO rep, were awesome! Came here to get my car fixed after i was rear ended. My car was delivered a week behind schedule after the initial estimate of 3 days. But credit to the folks for keeping me updated with the reasons as the dealer delayed delivery of the car parts. Great job with the repair itself.
