VIDEO YOUR ENTIRE CAR BEFORE!!! I regrettably used Maaco San Leandro to fix my Infiniti 04 for front body work initially on June 13. 09. Upon closer inspection: 1) The roof and both sides of the body had over spray as it felt like sand paper when I touched my car. 2) The bottom body kit in the front was put on lop sided 3) The front half of the hood showed where the primer began since it was paler than the silver. 4) The hood had a little bubble crater from the paint 5) There were also drip marks along the body kit of the front fender They remedied this while taking my car again for another 2 days. They refused to give me a rental car so I hired a rental July 17-19. When I got my car back, I drove straight home. My passenger side had a deep scratch. They will not take ownership. When I picked it up, it was OUTSIDE their fence and NOT in their parking lot. Maaco is blaming me. They also did not take care of the bubble crater on the hood. Ive contacted their corporate office & the San Leandro office is supposed to call me. When I missed their call, I could not get hold of the owner, Peter. I called back and he is not available. I called the corporate office again to make sure they have my cell number, still no call today. Ive spent almost 4k for my car. The least they can do is not blame me for the scratch! I wouldnt be going there over and over again if they did a good job in the first place. I HATE, HATE, HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my car in for a dent in the door and hood and for paint. I took my car in on Monday August 29. Here it is September September 7 andI still dont have my car.I call September 3 and they told me it was going in that day for painting. But it just went in for painting today and saif it SHOULD be ready by Thursday. All this time for a dent? This is almost two weeks!. Dont take your car here. Go somewhere else.

MAACO IS AWFUL. I WANTED TO GET MY CAR REPAINTED SO I CHOSE THEM. HOWEVER I WAS SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. I EVEN TOOK THEM TO COURT BEIING THAT THEY DIDNT WANT TO REDO THE AWFUL JOB AND TRY AND CORRECT IT.THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING AND PEELING AFTER JUST A MONTH. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO NOT BE DISAPPOINTED I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE.

it is a chain shop, yet is still shockingly terrible service, poorest quality, shady, nasty, insulting and scams its customers. losers despite the fact that its not a individual shop. it bears no consequences to the irresponsible, garbage work it cheats out of customers. no integrity.

Nice people but total bait and switch. Came in for the anniversary special $499 but then they said the car needed $1500 of prep work.
