I was not happy with the workmanship. After being in a rear-end accident, I went to Cooks by recommendation from AAA. Not only did it take much longer than it should have, they had trouble matching the paint. Wwhen they ordered pre-matched parts from the dealer that didnt match my paint color, they said I would have to have mismatched parts on my car. WHAT?!?! Isnt that the point of going to a body and paint shop? Im still not sure if Cooks ordered the wrong color or if the manufacturer sent the wrong color, but they acted like it was the cars fault for being the wrong color. Youre a bodyshop, paint the parts to match the car! They finally agreed to paint the parts to match my car, but they still didnt match. What kind of bodyshop cant match paint? I believe this is the problem with taking my car to a corporate shop instead of a mom and pop shop. Cooks took zero pride in their work and they just didnt care what the finale produce looked like.

I didnt think that there would be any circumstances that would allow me to describe my car accident as "pleasant", but... this experience was actually pretty pleasant. Cooks took care of everything, including my rental car arrangements. They even saved me almost $150 in costs that would have otherwise come out of my pocket. Dropped the car off on Wednesday night, and it was done by Friday afternoon! I was very surprised at how speedy their service was. Happy to have my car back, looking better than the day I bought it!

I took my car here to be repaired after it had been rear ended by another driver. It is a difficult color to match and they were extremely accommodating on getting the color exactly right. Even going so far as to bring in their head color matcher from their corporate offices to ensure the match was spot on. I was extremely pleased with their work and how far they went to ensure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship and customer service.
