Wouldnt recommend this place car suppose to be ready friday was not then was told monday afternoon so called back monday not ready but u can come get tuesday. So drove all the way there vehicle not ready waiting on glass. Told them when i left to have manager call me 3 hours later no call so i called was told putting glass in now car ready in hour then they would bring to me and take back rental. 4 hours later no show called back 45 min later mike called me back car not ready still waiting for a part up north they had to go get should be ready wed. 4 days past when they told me. They never called always me. Very bad customer service...

Mike and his crew were amazing. Their hard work ethic and dedication really came through for me in a tough spot. I was t boned in my brand new car and not only did they do an AMAZING job. They fixed my car in a timely manner and called me with updates through every step. They have gained a loyal customer and I want to personally thank Mike for his over and above performance with me and my situation. You guys are the best! And the receptionist was the sweetest gal, comforting in my stressful situation! Go Seahawks lol

I gotta give them props. They were very courteous and helpful, they did the estimate right after I walked in. They took care of pretty much everything. Even had the Hertz guy waiting for me when I brought my car in. They called me to let me know when each step of the repair was complete, and exactly when my car would be ready. They did a better job of installing the invisi-bra (clear protective vinyl) than the dealer - NO SEAMS! My car is in better shape than before the accident! Also the estimate was spot on.

Went to collision 1 to have a repair done. They set me up with a rental car and had my car ready by the next day. They are fast, great service and the repair is guaranteed. My car looked like new. They took the time to wash my car and clean out the interior as well. Its nice to deal with a company that has great service and is local. Good work guys ! Kevin from Auburn

Never take your car here. The receptionist Sandra was the RUDEST women I have ever meet. I came in with my car which my insurance fully covers. She started telling me my insurance would not and that I had to pay her an upfront a downpayment!?!? I left and went to another place. My insurance covered everything. this place is a Scam.
