The shop is USAA & AAA approved I have had 5 interactions with them over the last 12 years with two different vehicles including rear-end damage (including a vehicle with a spare tire), front end damage, and vandalism (paint scratched / keyed). In all that time I have only had one complaint about one of the clear coat applications; the one for the vandalism was well painted, but the clear coat as it was brought inside one of the door frames was not as well blended as their other jobs have been - but it was never anything that showed from the outside and didnt bother me so I have never taken it back. I have always received a guarantee on the paint so I cant say why the guy who restores his own cars wasnt able to get it fixed (if he honestly tried). Not to mention the fact that I trust AAA and USAA and doubt they would continue to recommend them if they received factual reports like that since USAA extends an additional warranty to the work in approved shops. Why not 5 stars? Their office hours are a little tight ( 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mon - Fri.) and having to deal with a damaged vehicle is already a pain enough without having to take time off work. Drop off is 24 hours and you can arrange after-hour drive-off / pick-up, but accepting the final work before the drive-off is done in office hours.

I had the worst experience at this body shop !! i was shock of there customer service .i took my car for a 3 day repair it turn out to be 7 days . i took my =car on a tuesday but they started on the car on Thursday they never told me that they were going to start on my car on Thursday and it was done on tuesday . my problem about all this was that the insurance only cover for car rental for 3 days i had no idea of these the body shop never told me this information . i ended paying for 5 day car rental when it wasn t my fault . i talk to the manager and he said that they could do anything about this if i had know that .i would have borrow my friends car or something like that . i have taken my 3 cars for repairs at this shop i thought that my loyalty was worth more but i guess thats not the case . i will never return to this body shop im so disappointed :(

I was enticed by the great reviews and went out of network to use them. HUGE mistake. The car looks good, but a 3 day job took 2 weeks and Im still trying to get reimbursement from my insurance company sorted weeks later. They wouldnt release the car even though they had received confirmation that my insurance company was sending payment, so I paid by credit card (which they tried to tack on a 3% fee to) and then they tried to submit an even higher bill to my insurance company. Its caused so much confusion. Terrible communication, terrible follow through. Sore disappointment.

I had a great experience with the bodyshop. The owner, Dave, had a great attitude and so did his staff. I only needed to have my bumper (and everything that goes with it) replaced, so, there was no major work to be done (luckily). However, they delivered on time, drove me home and picked me up, and even removed some nasty wax marks my ex-detailer left behind - free of charge. I rarely say that, but they really went above and beyond my expectations. It is hard to find a business that cares that much.

They repaired the damage on my car within the estimated time frame, and kept me updated throughout the process. Coordinated well with my insurance company, process was seamless. The repairs on my car look great. Hopefully I wont need body work done on any of my vehicles for some time to come. But if I do (and I still live in the area), then Id give this place a try again.

I wouldnt normally write a review about an auto body shop. The reason I am is that their service is exceptional. Dave, who managed the repair of our vehicle, was so professional and such a great communicator. He called us frequently to let us know the status of the car. The end product? The car looks new. I cant recommend Bodyworks enough!
