They are terrible. Dont go there! They messed up the first quote and then had to re-submit it to insurance, which was still approved by my insurance luckily, but meant I was without my truck for 3 additional days. Then when they said the truck was done I came down and it still had damage from the collision that they "missed"… Stay away from these guys… Now I have to wait longer and work with insurance more.

So I tried dealing with the everett Gerber first and was very displeased with how they did business. I brought my car to this one and was pleasantly surprised. They keep you updated throughout the day of everything that is going on. With how busy they are they were able to do a paint job on my trunk in less than 2 days. Also the paint job looked great. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

Friendly staff and my car looks great, after this second go around. They figured out how to get my insurance company to honor their guarantee. After my experience that led to a very angry review (this is an edit), I had two neighbors tell me that Gerber was recommended to them by their insurance companies, same as my initial visit.

Got a quote for a windshield replacement, and when I showed up they raised the price from $330 to $415 because they "forgot" some accessories. Wasted an hour of my time.
