Man, I do not know where to begin, if it was up to me I would give this place no stars. USAA recommended this place for a collision repair as one of their top places, I should have listened to the USAA customer who posted another bad review. This place is all about in and out service, but they are one track minded. They wanted to bring me in to do the initial visit with, since I travel for work frequently I wasnt able to come in, the customer service representatives mentioned setting up an appointment for me to come in over 10 times in the initial conversation ignoring the fact that I stated I cannot come in the first 9 times. They decided to do the initial inspection through email, I get an email from Matt highlighting every ding and scratch on the vehicle, and a release form to work on the damage, but no pictures of the damage or even a mention of the damage, after a few emails back and forth, Matts negative attitude started showing up in emails, so I called to talk to him and man was I right, Matt attitude and know it all approach started to piss me off. Especially, when his stating that some damage on the vehicle is not from the accident, even though I picked up the damaged piece and threw it to the side with all the other damaged pieces. I told him I will be moving my vehicle off their lot, I just need to coordinate it with USAA. It gets better Dustin (Some manager in that place) calls me up, we talk, he explained the process and was going to do what he can to make sure the process goes smooth from here on out. The assessment process started we agreed on the damage and the repairs went on their way. I came in to look at the vehicle after they finished the painting and everything looked good inside the garage they had it in. On pick up date, the panel they painted doesnt match the rest of the rig, the light they replaced was waaaaaayyyy brighter, so I asked to talk to the manager he was in a meeting. So I paid what I needed to pay and left after I called USAA and they decided to fix the damage somewhere else. A few hours later I get a call from Dustin, I told him about the different color panel, he stated he noticed that, when I asked why didnt you fix it to match the truck, he stated "I should have". Well that doesnt help. When I asked him about the headlight, he stated they did look different didnt they? I asked him why didnt he suggest for me to replace both with an extra charge? He stated again "I should have". What a waste of time, I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone about my experience in this place cause they really dont care about customer service, all they care about is the money from your insurance company.

I dont review things often, but I just had to share my experience. I went to Service King xd on Bothell Everett hw for a dented and scratched front passenger door Monday morning. Cary was the gentleman who personally texted me updates on my car each day to let me know how everything was going and when my car was ready to be picked up. The repairs were done a day early and when I picked up my car Cary showed me the repairs they made and my car looked brand new. He even buffed out a scratch I had on a different area of the car, no charge! My car was also cleaned inside and out. Im not talking about the quick vacuum and spray down you get normally. Everything inside was dusted, wiped down and cleaned, and outside they even shined my rims and tire shined my tires. This whole process was easy and the results were perfect. I would definitely recommend Service King to anyone looking for a car repair.

Service King has amazing attention to detail. The location is not too hard to find and the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and friendly tone of voice. This initial review is for the customer service aspect. I will update my review once I pick up my car. I have been through several different auto shops for different purposes and I HIGHLY recommend Service King for your incident repairs. They are prompt and get you an estimate within the same day. One thing I absolutely love about this shop are their e-mail updates. Rather than getting text messages that clutter your phone, they send e-mail updates every time they hit a "mile mark" on your vehicles progress. I get about one or two e-mails a day. Again, I recommend Service King if you got minor damages or major. They are spot-on with integrity, customer service, and customer satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience here. I had taken my car in to get a dented door fixed and could not be happier with the results. When I walked in to drop it off I was greeted by the two lovely ladies at the front desk and they were nothing but professional and kind. My advisor/tech Sean was always super helpful too, he kept me up to date every step of the way. The thing that really topped this experience off was that they compensated me for a weeks worth of delays and the car looks brand new. Thank you Sean and staff for the amazing service. :)

I just picked up my Dodge Durango today 6/21 from Mill Creek Location. My truck looks amazing. Sean Grant made sure I was updated every single step of the way.. Text and Email. He was very friendly, professional and they went above and beyond and I am so happy with the entire experience. First car accident and they helped ease the pain of it all! They also finished a week and half early! Great shop and great people.

I have never taken my car to a service center and recieve more damage to it then what damage was on the car when it when in to the center! Rude advisors, rude managers who hang up on you! Never take your car to this place! Called corporate to see if they would step in to help... they passed me off to a district manager who laughed at me. Rude rude rude! Not a trust worth place!

A1 service. Will explain whatever you ask about the repairs youre having done without an issue. I recommend this place to anyone. Beware that the national call center you may get when you first call are pure horse feces--not a reflection of this location though. Try to get Matt, Stephanie, and Molly if you can.

Excellent customer service - Thanks Cary! Great communication updates via text through the whole process. Have an Enterprise rental car outlet in the same building to make things easier when dropping off your car for repair. Oh yeah - my car looks great!

Great service. The really made me feel like my car was the most important car in their shop. They even repaired a broken suspension part at no cost a couple months after my repair. Even though it wasnt necessarily thier fault.

Very nice, sent updates continually on my car via email. Also I requested they save the emblems off of my hatch, which they did. Above and beyond! :)
