Absolutely horrible experience in every way... Do yourself a favor and do not use ACCURATE AUTOBODY in Redmond. They are rude, dishonest, incompetent and completely unprofessional. Allow me to elaborate. I’ve had two horrendous experiences with ACCURATE AUTOBODY and each was far worse than going to the dentist…. I usually don’t write reviews but this company is soooo bad that I had to let others know what to expect. First I had a classic 1967 mustang that I was restoring. I called them to do some minor frame work. They assured me it would be no problem and gave me a quote. So after weeks I had the car towed there, and waited… and waited. After at least a week and several delays and moving the date, they finally called me to say that they would not do the work. So I went down and talked to the mechanic. He had some bizarre and incomprehensible explanation for why. First he tried to tell me that this car is too old and that he can’t find the specs for the frame. Really??? for one of the most popular cars in the world??? So I told him that I would provide them for him. Then he started to back track and contradict himself with a bunch of double talk. At one point I turned to another employee standing next to me and said “Didn’t he just say the exact opposite of that 20 seconds ago?”.. and he replied “Yes, he did”. At that point I was disgusted beyond belief and was ready to leave. It was obvious that I wasn’t going to get a rational explanation. Now I had to pay to tow the car to another shop, which did the work with no problem. 2) So Time goes by and I had a minor accident in my Trans Am. I decided to give them another try thinking they may do better with a late model car, bad decision. I called them a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment. The receptionist wanted to schedule for the 20th . I told her I was starting a new job that day and asked to move it to Friday (the 24th). We agreed on the date and I was told it was confirmed. I wrote it down, added it to my calendar and called a tow company to come out on the 24th. So today (the 23rd) I called the tow company and then called ACCURATE AUTOBODY to confirm the appointment for tomorrow the 24th. I am told, Sorry your appointment was on Monday the 20th Sorry too bad for you. Nothing we can do it’s your problem. The rude and condescending receptionist insisted it was my problem and she pretended not to remember the conversation about starting my new job on the 20th. She was arrogant and insisted it was my fault and never even considered taking any responsibility. ACCURATE AUTOBODY where the customer is always wrong. No offer was made to squeeze me in or expedite an appointment. Instead she says “If you want we’re booking appointments for next month” in a bored and distant voice. That will be a cold day. So do yourself a favor. Call ANY one of the hundreds of shops in town. NONE can be worse than ACCURATE AUTOBODY in Redmond WA. On the other hand if you like being treated like dirt, lied to by incompetent staff and wasting time and money for absolutely no reason… then this may be the perfect place for you.

Please go else where and file an official complaint with the BBB. Went to Accurate for front end repair on our vehicle after being hit. Initial intake went smoothly. They ordered parts, were paid by insurance and did repairs in a timely manner. We went to pick up vehicle. Upon getting inside there was white film/spray all over inside of passenger door. We asked what that was and they said Glass Cleaner because they cleaned the windows and to wipe it out when we got home. That should be their job. We got home and parked, and looked over the car - Right Headlight was still not working, and when turn signal was on was way too fast. Went back, they said Oops, forgot to plug those in. Got back home and noticed the little V6 tag was missing on the right side. Called them and they said Oh, I think we put that in, check again. Still missing...so they Will order it and give a call to let us know when to come back. We had to call 3 times to see if it was in as they never called us to let us know. In the meantime had the car detailed elsewhere, our detailer noticed that the bumper was not clipped in correctly and clips were missing/broken. He pointed this out on the initial walk through before even touching it. Back to Accurate because we called and confirmed the V6 tag was in. We asked them about the bumper clips. They said they had fixed that and we must have been hit again. He then pointed out a ding in the license plate as the culprit. Upon looking at photos of the original accident, that ding was already there. He just made up a story to not have to do the work. We were also told they would have left over touch up paint and fix a few small scratches they had noticed elsewhere. That never happened. Lied to left and right. People doing the bare minimum and charging an hourly rate higher than other shops because they are specialty. We left feeling less than average every time, let alone special.

Update here: The guys have slipped their committed date a fourth time today. 11/25=>12/9=>12/12=>12/16=>12/17. Im pretty sure a response to this would come only after theyve handed off the keys [hopefully tomorrow] asking what can they do better. And the answer is "Dont over commit! if you cant do the job timely". ==== Im providing an early review while observing how the service goes. Id dropped my car for repair on 10th Nov with a completion time before Thanksgiving. Called and found today that there was additional repair work identified and that insurance took a while to approve this [Insurance says 20th Nov, body shop says 23Nov -not sure who to trust]. Additional parts would be received 26th Nov or latest 1st Dec so new ETA is 9th Dec with no assurance itll be done by then. Issues: I wasnt informed of any delays. Whatd be nice is to keep customers appraised of the situation. Theyve a software that sent an update after dropping the car but nothing after until I called and got an update today. Im renting a car provided by insurance and Ive drained 2+ weeks with little progress [or atleast as it appears in lack of communication]. Ill be out of rental car and start paying out of pocket because of the delays here. Im giving a neutral 3 star for now and will revisit this in ~2 weeks because I trust the guys are just doing it right and expediting to their best. Im hopeful this rating would end up 5 star by 9th Dec :)!

NO STARS for this place. They body work was "satisfactory" at best but they severely damaged my vehicle. While working on it, they let battery run down (brand new battery) and cross negative & positive when they put it on charger. The shifter did not work when it was picked up by a friend and he was handed a screw driver to put it in gear... not knowing how to handle the situation he left the shop He got less than a mile when it died, no brakes, no stearing, dead battery. It was towed to my Hyundai dealer and the shifter, alternator, battery..all needed replacing, a complete overhaul of wiring. It was my Hyundai dealer who did this work that told me the cause (crossed positive & negative ) The car was a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with 40,000, well maintained and regularly serviced with no issues. Accurate Auto Body was rude, denied all blame and told me I had brought it in in that condition..(shifting with a screw driver !!) By the way...the repair bill paid for by Insurance was over $5000 for mostly cosmetic minor damage to driver side and door handle. They kept it over three weeks when they had told me two maximum. They talked to me, 1 66 year old woman in a demeaning dismissive manor...calling me a liar basically. I have never written a review, certainly not a negative review..but their actions and response were so outrageous.
