Just an overall bad experience. When I arrived to pick up the car the first time, replacement parts were dinged and scratched. They also missed fixing some other items that were damaged in the accident. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to pick up a 2nd time after the additional repairs were made. I recently noticed missing internal parts from the area that was affected by the accident. When I called and asked, the Rep put the blame on the shop that does my oil changes... As if they would take off/steal parts when changing someones oil... If I am in need of auto body work in the future, I will look elsewhere.

Abra went above and beyond to achieve my satisfaction. Their customer service was over the top to get my car in fast. The body work they did is emaculate. My car is in better condition than it was before my accident. Unbelievable job, my car came out absolutely beautiful. Keep up the good work guys!

Excellent work, car looks perfect, work was finished faster than quoted. My only suggestion is give the customer the option for daily calls and text messages. For me, I just wanna know when its done or if something is wrong. I know, Im complaining the customer service is too good, I see the irony.

I overall had a really good experience with this shop. I chose this shop because my husband had used them for some body work a few months ago and his experience was really good as well. They are 2 for 2 with us. Highly recommend!
