I have a 2003 volkswagen jetta. I lost my car key I called everywhere trying to get a key cut. The people who told they can come out never showed and I called them and they said they couldnt until tomorrow. But I was in mentor and I live in Cleveland with no way home and explained to him what was going on and he came right out. It toke him 3 hours because my car is a volkswagen. He had to find to manually find my key code. But he had me up and running and got me home to my new born and my wife. He saved me. Thank you so much

I like this place. Decent prices, decent service. i come here because they cut keys by code, which most other shops do not. The owner may seem slightly unpersonable at first, but he really does know what hes talking about and will honestly let you know what he thinks. Hours are not the most convenient, but Id come here if you need any serious lock work done.
