Came in roughly at 1000pst after speaking with Mike around 0935pst Saturday morning. I had a check engine light that was causing my engine to run very "luggish". Mike stated that hed run the diagnostics free of charge. About an hour later Mike comes and says they need to hook up the vehicle to a machine that can detect where the problem is, I believe it was referred as a " smoke machine ". Another hour goes by and the problem has been detected. My O2 sensor needs to be replaced and was also causing other error codes to show up as a result. Mike orders a new O2 sensor and it gets there about 35 minutes later. After about 20 minutes of labor, the mechanic says its not the correct part. Soooo Mike re-orders the *correct* part and after installing it they bring the car out and say its good to go. $271.16 later and 4 hours later my day seems complete.... Well they didnt bother to test drive the vehicle after putting in the new O2 sensor. About 2 miles away from their shop, my check engine light comes back on. . . Today driving 4 miles to get gas my engine is smoking. Keep in mind, Mike did say that, " He hopes this repair corrects the problem but, it might not." -Now is that a ridiculous statement or what!?!?! I couldnt imagine working and taking a customers money and telling them, Well sir, this might be the answer to the problem but, you might need to come back. I assumed that beings theyre mechanics and have the equipment to find out whats wrong that..... they would do just that. Now Ill have to go back in tomorrow and run a *free* diagnostics but, likely be charged $99.00 for some test to pin point whats exactly wrong, like I was for the "smoke machine". A lot of venting here but, also some serious questionable work ethic here. * note * the mechanic Jared whom was on shift I felt gave me a complete honest answer upon returning after the check engine light came on again. He explained that he cannot pin point whats wrong because he needs a *cold-start* diagnostics. Also, Mike was a respectful fella. I personally, would just rather talk to the mechanic/person(s) working on my car rather than the front desk personal relaying a message. Hopeful for more of a sense of urgency attitude when I come back in tomorrow and will update a review if expectations are exceeded, respectively.

I took my 2004 Nissan Altima in to get its 100K mile service. I let them know what work I wanted done and Scott set me up with a fantastic auto tech Manny. During the 23 point inspection they do as part of their Preferred oil change service they showed me what else needed done. These are things I was going to have done anyway as part of my 100K tune-up. I was not given any sort of upsell as I have had in the past with other shops. The tech showed me where my valve cover was cracked. Doug, the owner of the shop even went and picked up the new part my car needed. He came into the shop with his lovely wife and shook my hand and thanked me for being a customer to his shop. After the engine was running smooth again the tech took it for a test drive and noticed a roughish shaking coming from the right front end and took me out on another test drive so I could feel it too. This was something I had attributed to a bad running engine. It is not. I took the car back today and they fixed up the broken motor mount that was causing the noise. I will be bringing my car here for the rest of its life. Thanks!

I am very upset about the way they deal with me. I was there yesterday on 25th September for oil change and ask them to check my rear parking lights not working. He said its gonna cost me 50$ for diagnosed the problem. I said OK .After two hours when I back to the shop he explained me that my car fuse box and harness doesnt supply power to back lights and that parts cost is 1500 $ to 2000. And labor to install that is around 500$. This makes me very upset because I was not in the position at this time to spend that much money on the car thats worth for 4000$. When I come back to my truck yard and talk to my truck mechanic about this problem. HE checked my fuse box and found that the fuse is gone . He replace the fuse lights start working. I was so disappointed with the thinking of this people those who make any one broke in second. Because the way he explained me the parts and labor cost around 2500$ and he charged me 160$ for whatever he done yesterday

Very frustrated with the experience at my local meineke garage. Took my Mercedes E320 into thier garage fri, april 21 and had adiagnostics ran on my vehicle engine and suspension system...my motor mounts got replaced and my tie rod ends on both sides got replaced in front...they also did an alligment. Now its sunday and my wheel is sideways and it was perfect before going into the shop. When i went to go start my car this mourning the dash read electrical stability prog....the vehicle starts and goes into gear but when i hit the gas it does nothing no rpms nothing.....was not having any of these issues before meineke service...car went into shop running fine now wont even drive.....wtf..called customer service and made report..told corporate would contact me with in 48 business hours....but still its sunday car wont start and meinkee is closed....so i paid 1,000 dollars for my car not to run...wow see u on the 25 meinkee...

I received maintenance on my car from this location when my first problem arose. My car is a 99 Honda Accord and its my first car. The owner before me had paperwork to show for any of the work he had claimed to do. But me so gullible, I believed him in my hopes he was being honest. Meineke, its awesome manager Scott and the team have helped me through every problem. I really appreciate all the work done and I hope I can get another good team in the future to look at my car. I just want to thank everyone at Meineke for all their help!

My cars radiator blew while I was on the freeway. I had my car towed here. The engine was damaged and the repair costs would have been more than the car was worth. I decided to donate it to Habitat for Humanity. I thought that would be simple. It has not been simple. Meineckes has been wonderful about storing my car, helping with the title transfer, and getting me information I need (mileage). I had hoped I could get the car out of there right away. They are holding it for a week with no complaints, and being super helpful.

Owen was incredible from the first time I called. They were very helpful and worked quickly to get the work done for me. Communication was key and I felt like they were really giving me the next they could. Im always skeptical about working with shops, but I left Meineke getting confident that my car was well taken care of and that I wasnt taken advantage of. Thanks so much for your great customer service and for getting my car fixed!
