I have had C & M Auto serves work on my Honda Civic. It did not take to long to fix my Honda (2 days) I had C & M Auto do a oil change and replace sparks and wires nothing to big. The cost was amazingly exspensive $551.63. Then I had asked a friend that had went to Monterey Auto Servise that had the same done to his Honda civic that was a newer car. They charger him a total of $160. But this is only half of my story. Once I got my Civic back the side trim of my windshield was missing. I talked to the owner of C &M auto (Creg) and he said that I would have to pay for it even though I brought the car with it on. WTF. Im guessing they lost it on a test drive but thats not right to blame the customer for a missing part that the auto serves lost. Long story short I had to pay for the part witch was a $50 dollar part. Me as the customer I was just not to happy. I decided after 6 months when I had bought a mazda 3, Ill give C & M auto another try. I took my Mazda 3 one time there for a quick tune up they did a oil change and replaced oil gaskets that old the engine for support that cost me a total of $51.23. I thought that wasnt to bad of a price. My car had 60,432 miles when I brought it in to the shop and I got it back in the same day about 6 hours later. I got the car back with 60,471. 39 miles is alot for a test drive. And the last thing is I found a rag in my engine bay that they had left. I would never go here again or recommend the place to know one.

C&M Auto Service isnt the kind of shop that will have the cheapest prices, but thats because they offer an honest, high-quality customer experience. They dont fix things just to charge you more and they will treat you and your car right. Your work is guaranteed to be done correctly and if you have any problems, they will fix it. I wont even consider going to any other shop around here. C&M is the only place I trust in Morgan Hill.

WOW! These guys are so awesome. The hands down best customer service Ive ever experienced in a mechanic shop. I had my car towed there and theyve been storing it temporarily so I can get the car donated. They have been nothing but patient, and professional. I feel terrible for asking for their help in coordinating this effort, but they have made it all very pleasant. Really genuine people--the kind you can trust!

C&M may not be the cheapest prices but they are honest and will not try to sell you something just to make more money. They help you understand what is wrong with your car and help you make the best decision for you. They make you feel comfortable with repairs. I would recommend C&M Auto to anyone.
