They werent specific with how long it would take to complete the repairs on my car. I dropped it off at 9:30am, was told what would need to be fixed at 10:30am, and didnt get a call about my car until 5pm. They said theyd call as soon as it was completed... However, the staff is very friendly, and their place of business feels very "family owned" with pictures and banners celebrating Woodlands baseball star. As long as theres no hurry, I recommend Valley Tire Center.

Nice guys. Clean shop. Willing to work with folks on prices. Unfortunately, leaving your sales office empty and letting customers accumulate for fifteen minutes while shop employees wander in and out without saying a word doesnt make for a terribly good first impression.
