Took my mini van in today for an oil change. I could hear the front desk lady that checked me in SCREAMING at the rest of the people out on the shop floor about the volume of the radio they were listening to which wasnt loud at all. I couldnt hear it but I could hear her SCREAMING her head off. Also, they "washed" my windows. Great. My windows are now semi clean but they let the window detergent they used drip down the sides of my mini van and they even got some on the inside of the drivers door and dashboard. After spending g $75 on an oil change I had to go spend another $10 on a car wash and buy stuff to remove the window wash detergent they used from the interior of my car. Wont be going back

I have Toyota Prius 2015 and made terrible decision by choosing this place to change the oil on my car. 15 min upon service completed I had check engine light to come on. My car has 26k miles (almost new) and was literally broken by incompetent techs (but friendly). Not sure for you, but I will not ever take my new cars here for maintenance, while Ill consider my older cars. Staff is friendly and nice, but ABSOLUTELY UNSKILLED, they dont deserve above 2 starts for skill set, but Id rate them with 3.5 for friendliness. Unfortunately, I came in to get the work done, not to chat and socialize, therefore 2 stars is fair review / grade

I love this place! They are so friendly! And I love the little touches they make to the guest area ! They have chocolates and other candy a by the coffee area along with a tv you feel at home. When I brought my car in I had dropped money on my floor cara brought it right to me I feel so relieved I had a bad experience before dont anymore they wait on you hand and foot the other two gentlemen that workes here are fast and know what they are talking about if you need any work done I would recommend this place and of you need any car parts ask for Jared and Chris I learned a lot.

I am very pleased with the service given to my car. I was informed other types of services my car needed besides the oil change and was given the choice to either say yes or no. Very courteous, very efficient. My car was ready before they estimate time they gave me. Good job

Friendly staff as always but I did notice a couple things on the service checklist were not done but said were done so anyone who goes there please check the receipt and your car before signing.

They lied to me. They told me if I didnt get the full synthetic $94.00 oil change it would void my warranty. I left and called my dealership who said that was bunk.
