if you want an imbecile to damage your car heavily, be sure to deal with "Su," a total whack job that cant distinguish a transmission from oil filter. he pretended to look busy on the phone even tho there was no line, To my right a hispanic employee was just flirting and shooting the wind w/ an unattractive female customer - on the clock, repeating over and over BS that has nothing to do with cars etc. To my left, another indian employee pretending to type but his eyes are fixated on the wall - like an obsessed confused fanatic ?? so "SU"-the-imbecile needed every question repeated 7 times duhh uhh duhh - "what do you mean..? I dont understand what you are asking...? I dont understand...? So what is it are you asking...?" I paraphrased the question 11 ways to Sunday but this brain dead attitude-y sarcastic irritant couldnt answer to save his dog face from pushed into a pile of horse manure. biggest waste of my time, i didnt even bother asking for anyone else as their vibe was total unprofessionalism, antagonism, combativeness, boredom and every employee looked angry & couldnt wait to clock out. i think its fair to say customers will NOT hand over their vehicle - a deadly weapon - to a business that has NOT 3rd grade listening and answering comprehension level? not one even pretended to want to address customer or car problems...if you want to deal with clueless, hostile, irritated, and dumb as - dumbbells - actually dumb bells serve more purposes than "SU" by all means deal w/ these unqualified jokes and repeat your questions to them until the pigs fly - are all of you at wheelworks on crack or in a coma? its already established "su" act like he just ran out of crack.

Dont bring your car here. These people have a sloppy way of working. We have been bringing our cars here for oil changes for a while. In the past, a couple of times they did forgot to reset the service indicator, which I thought was a minor issue. This time around, when I got my car back I definitely smelled something weird inside it, like gasoline or oil... I opened the trunk, and the oil cap was left there somewhere next to the engine. The smell of oil was getting in through the vent and inside the car. Im glad I smelled it, otherwise I would have driven for months with the oil tank open, and God knows where the cap would have gone.

Ive been getting my tires here for years for my cars and the wifes. I like the selection of tires and the prices are good. Previously at Costco I asked if They could mount slightly wider tires on my car than OEM and they wouldnt do it. I then took it to WWorks and they had no trouble doing it...so I appreciated the lack of bureaucratic bullshit. I have taken my cars to have tires rotated and had a couple flats fixed and they were able to get to those in an acceptable amount of time. I havent had other maintenance not related to tires as I have my regular mechanic for that so I cant comment about those. other services.

Worst service! So I go in to get a simple patch done in the tread of my tire because a metal shard from roadwork going on pierced my tire. Because its under warranty still, its free BUT I waited for over 3 hours for them to patch my tire. After 2 and a half hours I asked about how much longer and saw that they had not even touched my car! I will never go back to this location ever again. They are slow and rude and all they care about is the money coming in.

Got the best best deal and best customer service ever from SHIVNEEL. He went over and beyond for me compared to Americas Tire store definitely exceeded my expectations. quick servies! dropped car off 7:30am, car ready at 1pm. honest prices, I have brake replacements, synthetic oil change, replace car filter and cabin filter all for 660$. this other place, their competitor, charge me 600$ just for brake replacement, good thing they ordered the wrong parts and didnt fit my car.

Worst service ever! Both my mom and I have taken our cars in for service on minor things and end up paying threw the nose. We wait for hours on end for things to be done. Have had to bring cars back numerous times for faulty work and faulty parts. Excuse after excuse gets old really quick.

I lost my ray ban sun glasses (it was removed from the case that was kept in the glove compartment). I went back, the supervisor was not very polite or helpful and they do not have surveillance cameras. It is sad that their whole team looks bad because of one persons act.
