I dont ever do reviews on places but this place truly just burns my soul. So to start with the most recent issue all I needed was to see if they could zip tie it put 2 bolts on for my under carriage to stop dragging. Im told I have to wait almost 2 hours for something that will literally take 5 minutes be it zip tie or bolts. Then there was the time I went to get my headlight fixed shortly after having it fixed I had to go back because it stopped working again hours later. When I went back for them to look at it he looked at it but you could tell he wasnt happy about it. I got it fixed and its been working fine however, it still wasnt seated properly and there is a quarter inch gap between the headlight and my car. Im no expert but Im sure its not meant to look like that as the other headlight is flush to the vehicle. Then there was also the other time I went to get new wipers and all of a sudden after a few hours one of them just stopped working. So yet again another trip back. He told me that it needed to be repaired and it was going to cost me a ridiculous amount of money! Howeve, the wiper just needed to be tightened. I will NEVER be going to this location again. I am very upset and I think his name is Mike is very rude. I dont know if its just me but I dont appreciate the way he looks at me like Im some sort of idiot. Again I know what thing are meant to look like and I did take a basic auto shop class in high school. I like to take care of my care and if you do too youll stay away from this place!

Went in for an alignment on my truck with a rack and pinion that is on its way out, they say they would do the best they could to help the car drive down the road. Its all I was hoping for. When I go to pick it up, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Thats fantastic news! Before I could even get to Chipotle across the street the tires were squealing from a bad alignment. Wtf! I get out and can visibly see the front tires are grossly out of alignment. And, btw you would think this was related the rack and pinion, not like this. Briefly, the thought came to bring it back and have them check it again, but if they were so bad that it was worse than when I brought it in, I said screw it, and Im bringing it back to the sunrise mail store I normally go to. They try to be nice and reassuring, but dont trust their work. Im never going back to that store!

Driving to work not long ago , my passenger side front tire blew out on me. After putting the little doghnut spare on then driving to work was in need of a new tire. Just so happened I worked right next to the Firestone. Tire Company. The Desk person was very knowledgeable about tires and made some very good recommendations about tire choice and replacing both tires at once. to prevent uneven wear. . The mechanics were really quick. The tire came with a warranty which was something I did not expect. I would recommend Firestone to any of my friends and family.

This place sucks! I went in for a replacement bolt and a belt... ended up getting the car back, some things werent done correctly and I ended up getting a blown head! A long messy battle is not worth it.. I tried talking to management which almost got me arrested.. I lost a perfectly good vehicle because of the mistake of one person! Shame on this company and its management for not doing anything about it treating and making me feel like the bad guy!

I trust Firestone with all my automotive needs. They are reasonable and dont sell unnecessarily. Im a woman and usually we are targeted for stuff that really doesnt need to be done. Firestone is informative and gives you the choice. They will be honest in what services are really needed. Thank you Firestone team for taking care of my Chamange Lady!!!!
