We went to Absolute Automotive utilizing the Groupon offer. We went for a simple oil/filter change. Having a BMW, we even supplied the oil. The receptionist Cindy is very nice. That is about all I can say positive about this place. When we received our vehicle back, there was oily fingerprints on the shift lever and the leather steering wheel. We were very upset (especially my wife, its her car). She thought it was very unprofessional to present the vehicle back to us in that shape. We went home and detailed the vehicle to get it back to the condition were are accustomed to. Today, when my wife left, I noticed a pool of oil on our garage floor. Her vehicle has never had any leaks on it, so I knew it had to be from the oil change. I call Absolute Automotive and talked to Cindy who told us to bring it in after 1pm. We brought it back and when Cindy was writing the work order, I stated to her about how the vehicle was when we picked it up. She apologized and stated she hadnt had that type of compliant in awhile. After an hour, the vehicle was brought back to us. Cindy had stated that the oil filter reservoir had spilled oil out during the oil/filter change and the technician didnt remove one of the protective plastic pieces under the vehicle and the oil was pooled up in there and that is where the oil leak was coming from. When we returned to the car, my wife was pissed. The steering wheel and shift knob were all grimy again along with the door handle and drivers visor had oily finger prints on it. Honestly, it looks like it was intentionally done. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to them. If you have a vehicle and you want it returned to you in the same shape as you left it (cleanliness wise), dont come here. They screwed up a simple oil change that If I had ramps, I wouldve done it myself. We are very disappointed in their professionalism or lack of it. As stated before, the only highlight was the friendliness of Cindy.

I took my truck to Absolute Auto to have a oil change. They mistakenly thought my daughters car and mine were the same she was going to take her car for a oil change and tune up mine was just a oil change. My wife waited hours and finally asked them what is taking so long. They said they were having problems with the tuneup. She said what tune up this was supposed to be a oil change. She went on to tell them the tuneup was my daughters car the next day. They charged me anyways because my wife did not look at the work order. I got the truck back and it was running terrible. 2 days later the Truck started screeching turned off the truck and the engine was hard to turn over. Had the truck towed to my house. My friend who has been a mechanic for years pulled the oil filter and oil pan. We found what looked like thick greasy substance in the oil filter and in the oil pickup screen pipe was plugged with this stuff. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint to no avail. I am disabled right since 12-02-14 so money is tight. I did not know about the burial of auto motive repair until today 7-13-17 I took my engine to CasCar to have the crank spun and new bearings today the truck has sat for well over a year. There are maybe 20 miles from the day of the oil change to the day it had to be towed home. I am writing this complaint in hope of you helping me but moving forward as if you cant help me like the BBB did.

bought a car that was painted from here. looked great. but noticed after a few weeks there were runs and drips in a lot of areas. didnt fix dents and also roof is painted terribly. very patchy. went to get it repainted and they dont know the color they painted. i understand they are new but not so impressed to getting the errors fixed by them. also alot of orange peel was on the car. got most of it off but still not great. poor sanding job. can see deep scratches under the paint. also paint a tiny section of the window and missed spots on my mirrors. sorry but im a person who likes a close up view. not just nice from far away. they have many cars done but im not sold on the work from a personal stand point.

I usually go to my manufacturer for service. I was tight on money this month, but needed my car looked at immediately due to not planning ahead. I found AAC on-line. I am very happy their work, prices, and quality of staff! There phone was ringing off the hook the whole time I was there. They managed to help in-store and phone clients with a smile, and an inviting attitude. They patiently explained my options, so even I could understand.There were no hidden fees. I am going back for my $24.99 oil change for sure! If you want quality work and fair prices, go see Danny!

Great idea! I like that I didnt have to take my mother-in-laws Jeep somewhere. But I had a list of things for them to specifically tackle. I gave the list of things I wanted to make sure got done to the receptionist and hand wrote a note and left it inside for them to see. None of the things I asked, got done. The cleaning looked like it was completed in less than an hour. Granted a Jeep isnt a huge vehicle but streaks on the inside of the windows, Dust on the dash board and the wheels looked like they hadnt been touched. Not worth the $$ in my opinion

When I walked in I was greeted by Cindy and her adorable pup. Came in because my car was making all kinds of noises. Wasnt there long when they told me what was wrong and how much it would cost(which was MUCH less than I thought Id have to pay). Cindy was very helpful, I knew what she was talking about since she used to work on cars herself, my whole experience at Absolute Auto Care was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone!

The most honest shop Ive ever been to. Cindy was extremely helpful and nice, explained everything thoroughly. This shop does not try to get you to spend more money like others Ive been to. I will come here in future if I ever need anymore work done. Best prices in town (i called 9 other shops, seriously) and A+ work!

Too little time and too much to say, they are honoring my coupons even though expired and always try to make the customer happy even though super busy. Make sure you call for an appointment and tell the person on phone everything you need done and remind person at front desk same thing.
