Learned about Expert Automotive ~2003 through a friend whos meticulous about his cars. Went there through 2014 until my 98 Civic was in a minor fender bender that, due to the age of the car, totalled it. I had a few too many mediocre to bad experiences at the nearby Honda dealerships service department, so this was my first foray into an independent mechanic. I had always heard how overpriced dealership service departments are, but wow! I love that Expert Auto specializes in Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus and has factory trained techs. Most of all, they are trustworthy! Never did they recommend replacing items before they needed to be. And, if they saw something was still ok for now but would probably need replacing the next time, they would give me a heads up. My car was always as clean and scuff/ding free as when I dropped it off. Something that has not always been true with my replacement Subaru. Honest service, factory trained techs, better prices. For me its about paying the honest business, not the one that I cannot quite trust to ALWAYS do right by me. To me, that is worth giving up the free car wash and shuttle ride that the dealership service departments provide. I only wish Expert also serviced Subaru, so I could take the Outback that replaced my Civic to Expert Automotive! Maybe someday, if Subarus following keeps growing as it has and it makes business sense for Expert.

Ive been taking our Hondas to Expert Auto since 2001 if I recall correctly. I trust Mike and Joe (back then it was Mike and Steve) to take care of my cars just as they would take care of their own cars. They have helped us out with simple work like an oil change, all the way to replacing the transmission in my Accord and I think I just hit 100,000 miles on that transmission, coincidentally! One of the things they did for us on maybe our second time taking a car in was to listen to a noise that we had noticed, and then determine that it was an issue Honda had a recall for. Rather than do the repair and charge us for it they directed is to the dealer and told us to have the work handled via the recall. Talk about honesty! My cars are overdue for service but its on my radar to get at least one of the cars in soon. The other was just in an accident and Im waiting to hear what the repairs will cost and then decide on if its time to upgrade to something bigger.

Its dang rare to associated the words trust and auto repair together; in my mind Expert Automotive is exactly that case. I have been bringing our 2006 Acura to Expert Automotive for the past 3 or 4 years and I have always received GREAT service from Mike and Joe. Scheduling a visit is as easy as sending an email and getting a speedy response. You leave always understanding the work that was done and why it was needed. I trust Expert Automotive so much that I brought our car in today just to have it looked over before my daughter takes it to college. I knew that they would honestly look it over and let me know if anything was amiss. Nothing was and after a inexpensive oil change the car is ready for the trip. Started taking my Acura there for service earlier this year and have been pleased with every visit. They know what they are doing and charge a fair price for the work. I have had both routine preventive maintenance, as well as repairs done there this past year. Each time, things were done right the first time and I did not have to go back to have anything readdressed. Have also used their trip check service to be sure my car, which now has 250,000 miles on it, is ready for a long road trip. I have no hesitancy recommending them. The only reason I dont give them the fifth star is that their waiting area is not the most comfortable spot to hang-out while you wait for your oil to be changed, but is certainly functional.

Honesty. Integrity. Very affordable with high quality work. Ive been taking my Honda vehicles here for over a decade. They are always upfront and honest with their estimates and repairs. I love how they tell me what repairs are for comfort or aesthetics or safety related. Quality is also paramount and it shows. Ive never had to take one of my vehicles back because something wasnt done right the first time. They are picky about the parts they use, genuine factory parts without the dealer markup. They used to take care of only Honda and Acura. But now they also do Toyota and Lexus. Overall great place to take your vehicle. You can trust them. They will provide you peace of mind.

I ONLY COME EXPERT AUTOMOTIVE. These are my go to guys. I trust these guys more than I trust the dealer. These guys know me by name. After the first couple times I went to them , I knew I didnt even need any more second opinions on price or the problem. They get the job done professionally and very clean. The shop is organized and clean and they never try to up-sell you on any parts or service. When it was time for a new car, they even told me that I didnt need a new one because they were trying to save me money. But when I decided to upgrade my car , I stuck with Honda because I couldnt imagine going to another shop. These guys are my true peace of mind !

Im an autotech and i just recently started working for Expert Automotive. Let me just say as a mechanic that takes pride in what I do, this is one of the best shops Ive ever worked for. They always get dealership parts and always want to fix the vehicle the right way. There are a lot of shops out there that use after market parts trying to increase profits. Those parts are inferior to dealership parts. Im very proud to work for a company that does honest work and takes pride in doing the job right. Mike and Joe of Expert Auto treat me and my vehicle as if I were family. Discovered them over 3 years ago and wouldnt let anyone else touch my 2004 Honda Accord (over 275,000 miles on it) for repairs and maintenance. I totally trust them because they give me straight information--dont try to oversell me--and perform good work at fair prices. Only drawback is they work only on Honda or Toyota products. That means if my Honda ever wears out, Ill have to buy either a Honda or a Toyota. Are they really that good, that I’d buy a car brand just so they can service it? Yes!

I have been taking my Hondas here since I was 16 years old! My whole family now takes there cars here as well. They are the most honest, genuine and personable mechanic shop Ive ever come accross. I made the mistake of taking my car elsewhere because I had a coupon and the shope told me I needed other things done and not just an oil change, I declined and took my car back to expert automotive where Mike and Steve told me those items were not necessary. I have not taken my car anywhere else since then! I love these guys and trust them completely!!!
