I cannot express in words how Radial Tire has helped us in several different situations from our cars, to our boat trailer, and our motorhomes. Recently the help they gave us on our motorhome was a long story, but I have never seen a company in their field care so much about their customers. They are trusting, kind and genuine people. I have never met one person there I did not like. Everyone you talk to is like talking to a friend next door. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Thanks guys!!

I was very pleased with the service. John the manager was friendly and helpful on the phone. Quoted me a price and told me it would take about 40 minutes to replace 2 tires and rotate the others to the back of my 4Runner. I actually was pretty surprised when it took 45 minutes...I am so used to being fed lies by car places I assumed another 30 minutes. So I want to reward good behavior by giving them a good review.

I dont post reviews very often. In fact, this may be my first. Today was the second time I have visited Radial Tire of Elk Grove in the last two years. Both times it has been for a lawn tractor flat tire. Both times the service was fantastic. It is a big shop and very busy. Both times I was tended to immediately and my relatively small problem got their full attention. It was a five star experience both times.

These guys rock!! I was referred by a friend and glad I went. I normally get over charged or a million questions about fixing other various things on my car because I am a female. Not here! They got the job done saved me money. All the workers are knowledgeable and kind. One of the cleanest waiting rooms Ive been in at any kind of shop. I was in and out, fast. My new go to place.

Ive been going to Radial for years and you just cant beat the service from those guys. They have been there for a while and I dont even blink when when they do my service and Im an ex mechanic and they are honest with me. I turned all my friends on to them and they all use them. They have off brand tires which are cheaper, but last just fine for me.

I went here two years ago. They were awesome. Went there today to press in new wheel bearings and they charged double what I was quoted. Claimed it took an hour to complete a 15 min job. I paid and left. Will not return.

The staff were super friendly, and I wasnt even a customer! My car battery had died and the staff dropped what they were doing and helped give me a jump start no questions asked. Good people.
