I scheduled an 11:30 AM appointment on March 23, 2017 for a wheel alignment. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and was seen at least 10 minutes after my arrival. I was told that my alignment would take a little while and I was fine with that. I handed over my keys and proceeded to wait. After a full hour of waiting, I was saw that my car was STILL parked and not being serviced. I waited at the service desk for at least 5 minutes, waiting for someone to appear, as I saw the receptionist walking around and joking with the other mechanics in the garage. I finally had to go to the entrance of the garage and request for help and he told me he would be with me. It was then, he finally decided to share the news that they did not have the correct equipment to service my vehicle with! Had I not said anything, there is no telling how long Id be waiting! This is the VERY last time I will ever use this Meineke at this location and I will warn other locals not to as well. All the receptionist could do was apologize. He did not even offer me any discounts for future oil changes, etc. Very unprofessional for this and I will be very vocal about this incident. Leave Stockton if you want to get anything done with your car. Low quality service and people, I must say!

It all started in January. I needed to change my heatercore on my 2002 vw passat. This was a 10-15 hour job. Doing this work they had to remove my whole dashboard. I paid a pretty cheap price $850 with a coupon. After 4 days my car was returned to me. There were a couple issues that I was concerned about. Some cables were not connected right, missing screws, and other things. I had to go back several times. After some time everything was fixed except my vents from my car. It seemed that they were not put in right. I didnt have any time I needed to go back to college in Monterey Bay. After my last semester had ended I came back to town to see if they could fix my last issues. A new manager by the name of Ray was able to work with me. He told me flat out his concerns about the fact that I might be lying but he would still take a look for no charge. He could have just blew me off but I appreciate it that he was doing all in his power to make things right. Considering the fact that a lot of mechanic shops would try to get rid of you when they messed up. He treated me with respect and that is something that you dont see too often. Thank you Ray for making things right.

Ive been here several times & there has been a lot of employee changes over the last couple of ysars... front office manager techs and mechanics except for 2 (Brian&Singh)( I think)are all new I received great service! My initial estimate was kinda high so I called around while my truck was still there for other estimates they were able to give me my four point inspection & service for the labor rate only because I purchased my own part which literally saved me a couple of hundred! The only reason Im not giving them a 5 star is because there was a difficult customer in front of me & even tho the gentleman was polite to her it was jus something about there interaction. Give them another try & veterans dont forget to go in on veterans day to get your free oil change. They are definitely veteran friendly

I came to this place because I needed to change my oil. it was raining and i didnt want to change my oil in the rain. so they did it for $27. the were respectfull and they actually know what they are talking about. they fully inspect your car and tell you what is wrong with it. that is a good thing for me because then I can go replace a hose or gasket etc.. they make there money off fixing the 1000 things that they say are wrong with your car. So dont let them fix everything that is wrong with your car or you will easily spend up to $600 or more. Good shop, good price long wait (up to 2 hours) and the long list of things wrong with your car.

Horrible service! I took my truck here a few years ago to fix my a/c and they had me waiting for 6 hours . finally charged me $100+ for an engine diagnostic and dident fix the problem. Recently, like a few weeks ago, I thought maybe id give em another chance. So I took my car to them to fix my check engine light. The guy told me to come on in and that he would squeeze me in before they closed. I showed up and waited a few hours till they closed and dude came up to me and said he couldent get me in becuz he cant give his workers OT. What a joke! Never going back! Beware!

Last time i went here, i needed a new battery and a minor check up. Not only did the mechanic take an entire WEEK but they began ignoring my calls and would lie and tell me a date it would be done. After a week i finally went up there just to take my car and bring it to another mechanic, when suprise suprise they were finally working on my car... 7 days after i dropped it off. I dont know what kind of joke they think i am. But i eventually gave the mechanic a piece of my mind telling him, "this is the reason people dont trust mechanics. Your liars and untrustworthy."

Went in to get a oil change and brakes checked, the brakes ended up needing to be changed.. The manager Mario and district manager Adam did EVERYTHING they could to make sure my car was handled with the utmost care while walking my husband and me through each step. They were the kindest people ever, and even had patience with us as we had our 2 little oneswith us.. They got the job done in time and my car is riding smoother! Im glad i chose meineke at THIS location!

Worst experience ever!! Dont go here unless you want to get lied to and overcharged! Dont trust these guys, we caught them in lies about the work they did and found out that they overcharged for the work they did do by hundreds of dollars. They dont do the 23 point check that they list on your service order and they dont check any of the things that they promise, and when confronted about it they just lie. Dont go here you will regret it!!!

I went for an oil change they check everything the did all the inspection. They told everything was fine. Wen u got home my car wouldnt turn on I call the meineke they told that they had to jump start the car. But y didnt they told that when they gave the car back. No customer communication from there part. Instead of them trying to sell me a battery I had to go some were else.
