This is a hidden gem!! Im so glad I found this DMV inside the AAA Newark branch. Im surprised that I get to use their DMV service even though Im not a AAA member. I paid to renew my registration in August but never received my registration card and sticker, so I decided to drop by the DMV Helpdesk today. I was able to fill out the form and got my sticker and registration card in less than 5 mins! This is truly amazing, considering how efficient the regular DMVs usually are. The staff here is also more personable and courteous. 5-star experience! I also got my sticker and registration card for free because it hasnt been 90 days since I paid for my reg renewal. Good to know! No DMVs has ever told me this. Thank you AAA Newark! Im definitely coming back here for all my DMV needs as long as you offer the services.

I very recently got my license so I had never been to AAA before. It was pretty easy to find which says a lot because I have a pretty crappy sense of direction. There was a lot of parking and its in a nice area. I was sort of expecting a similar experience to the kinds Ive had at the DMV, but this was nothing like it! They were so friendly! As soon as a little line started to form a bunch of other employees came and helped. No one waited longer than 5 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience and I definintely suggest using AAA. All the times we have needed them they have been there and my dad pays for it, so you know its reasonably priced!

This is the first time I have gone into a triple A where they have gave me the time to expalin exactly what Im playing for. The guy who helped me broke down every liability expense. He also reduced my insurance by over 200 dollars. If you really are curious of what youre paying for I suggest coming to this specific location. I got the feeling that this location actually cares for the member and their specific needs.

For me and what I was doing, this place was great. Friendly from the moment you walk I and someone is trying to help you out. The 2 ladies that helped me were great. Answered all questions and took time to explain anything I didnt understand. Great staff

Each area of AAA service was separated into different cubicle areas. Seemed like a maze and sign in sheet system was confusing. Once I was helped, service is quick and friendly. No hassles. Would definitely go here again if I need any insurance hell

I go there time to time for my DMV needs but recently the lines started to become just like DMV offices. I suggest them to increase the DMV related staff so we wont wait too long. Otherwise it is a ice place
