I was recently at Yuba City Nissan trying to trade in my Sentra for an Altima and its really been a hard experience, I bought this car a few years back and I have had some problems with it and also with my credit there for I wasnt able to trade my car and switch into a new Altima like I witch I was able to. The Salesman Edgar Escalante was really nice and bent his back for me trying to get me out of my Sentra but it just was out of my reach and I dont blame him or his manager, that was my fault and bad decisions that I have taken on the past but I was still impressed on how well he took care of me even though I wasnt going to buy, he showed interest in my situation and even went as far as giving me some financial and credit advice on were I can improve. All of the staff here is extremely friendly and so helpful in the process of trying to get a new car. I had fresh credit and they still were able to get me into a brand new car! The people who really made it special for me were my sales person, Ernie, and the owner loyalty manager, Ashley Strunk. I needed some work done on my car and when it wasnt done right the first time, Ashley jumped right in and made absolutely sure it came back absolutely perfect for me. I am so grateful to her and Nissan of Yuba City for being so amazing! Will definitely keep my business with them for a long time to come.

So my husband and I were searching for a car for myself, we arrive at this location, wander around alone just for a few minutes and shortly after a sales man comes over and greets only my husband, compleatly ignoring me and assumes my husband is looking for a car for himself, starts talking about sports cars and doesnt even bother to ask anything at all. I was very offended. Anyway, we took our business somewhere else.

We were approved to get two cars and out of no where about two weeks later we got a call saying that we had to return the cars.. Not to mention that they charged us the miles... Worst place ever.. Not coming here again !!!! Also one person would tell us one thing and another person another thing!

They dont do what they say they are doing. Got my car back after being "fixed" with more issues then before. They could have made my car blow up when they didnt reattached my hose line. Pat is the worst. Lies and makes excuses then gets rude! So unprofessional.

OK so I got a used car from yuba city nissan and the car had transmission problems. And I tried to give it back they wouldnt take it because they knew it had a problem. They are crooks they will take your money and give you there missed up cars.
