Brought my car in at 9am and walked around sc all day came back round 2, still hadnt looked at the car. Came back round 430 and he said he drove it round the block and didnt like how it sounded then told me my car could fall apart at any time and that its a 1800 dollar fix. Then told me people who sometimes get a high repair rate thrown at him end up leaving their cars their. I dont know what you think but i wasnt too happy bout it. Comes to be more like a 400 dollar fix as well, go figure.

I went to the dealer for because my check engine light was on. They wanted $100 just to diagnose it. Ron did the diagnosis, and included the diagnosis with his service without charging me the extra $100. Its nice being treated fairly and knowing there are still honest shops in our awesome town!!!shopping local is really what its all about!!! Local people, small businesses, Advanced Auto took great care of me!

I have had a wonderful experience with Advanced Auto. I went to them originally to help resolve an issue with my Nissan 300 ZX. Since that time I have brought my Subaru in for repairs and will continue to be their customer. Ron is absolutely honest and knows what he is doing. They are also very reasonable. Broken water pump while on a road trip..Bummer Right? Well Ron was amazing getting us towed from downtown Capitola to his shop. Ron and Tyler along with his skilled mechanic worked diligently replacing the water pump on our Dodge Truck so we could be back on the road in a few hours! How can I say Thumbs up and a Big Thank You Guys!

I first brought my Subaru to Advanced Auto in 2000 because Ron is an expert on that make. I now take my Mazda and Dodge truck to Advanced for all their repairs and maintenance. They get the work done on time and for reasonable cost. No weird stuff or extra repairs I didnt need.
