I have been going to this repair shop since early 2009 and I am so happy to finally find a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The manager Mike is very honest and does not try to get you to do extra work that is not necessary. I was having a problem with my 98 Explorer being dead and not turning over. Two "knowledgeable" mechanics told me that I needed a new alternator or ignition. I decided to have it towed to Precision. Mike ran a diagnostics and called me a couple hours later and said that there was nothing wrong with the ignition or alternator. Further investigation discovered that the interior lights were staying on causing my battery to go dead. Thank you Mike and the guys at Precision!

I have been going to this location since 2006 when I lived in Fremont. Since then I have moved 20 miles south, but I still go to this place - says a lot about value of customer service. Once I had my car serviced which included changing the transmission fluid. A while later my check engine light came on due to transmission issues. I went back to Mike and he took care of my problem with no charge and assured me that if this were to recur, I should just bring my car in and he will take care of the issue. Incidently, I went to another reputed auto chain and they suggest taking a look for several hundred dollars! Thanks Mike. Keep up the good work!

I was told to change Transmission fluid,Break fluid and lot of other things billed me $390 before final version. But after fixing all the stuff they told me its just $340 as my transmission tray is still good. So They specify us only those things which should be absolutely necessary not like every other auto store.

I had my car in for a repair when the auto parts store sent the wrong part over to the shop and they were not able to get my car done the day it was promised, the shop helped make arrangements for me to get to work the next morning. I highly reccomend this shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

In this economy it is so nice to find a shop that isnt looking to push something on you that you dont need. Mike and his team are honest professional and knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected but the service makes up for it. I would reccommend Mike and Precision Tune to anybody.

I have been taking my 2001 Corolla to this shop since 2005,when I bought the car.....and it still runs great...which speaks to the quality of their products. Ive always had utmost confidence in the Manager, Mike Thompson ...and am delighted to find he is now the owner. Honest and Trustworthy!

I have taken my car to Mike several times and he and his team do a great job. He keeps my little putt putt red Honda up and running pretty good. Just had a brake job done and oil change. Definitely will be back since Ive now claimed him as my mechanic after three visits.

Precision Auto Tune..Please change your timing. Here its says 8.00 - 5.30. when i showed up at the shop it said 8.30 - 5.00 I was planning to get the test done and then head for work.I was really frustrated and had to go to a nearby testing station during my lunchtime!

Today, we went to this service shop to do a mechanical check on a used that we wanted to buy from a dealer. The examination is thorough and the report was very detailed and useful for our decision in buying the car. And the price is good! Thanks!

Not usually a review writer. These guys stiffed me in my groupon. 2 hours for the service and they didnt rotate my tires. I asked why and the guy treated me like I didnt know when I bought new tires. They didnt fill my oil all the way either.

Mike is an honest mechanic, hell let you know what services youll need and how much it will cost. His customer service is top notch and I reccomend his shop to anyone thats looking for a fair and honest mechanic.

This place seems to have good prices for oil change if you dont mind the wait, but for any serious repair their prices are way too high
