Ill informed representatives. The DMV lines have increased but that it to be expected. What is not acceptable is leaving multiple voice messages for the DMV services and not getting return calls. And bad information. 9/06/16 I paid in full for my renewal of basic plates and left with them. I needed to surrender my personal plates in exchange to receive my paperwork. I was told by the clerk I could bring back my plates to surrender to the DMV counter the same day. I sent my husband next day to return my old plates to DMV in exchange to pick up paperwork. He was told I was the one that had to do the transaction and I had to wait an additional 72 hours!

I called twice for a quote...first girl said she would call me back in ten mins..its now one hour since that fone call. I called back the 2nd time twenty mins after first call and 2nd girl said she would call me back 30mins later....still waiting.....its now been 45mins since that call... How hard is it to call back?? And why would the 2nd girl tell me she would call me at 530pm...thats closing time...thanks aaa. --26hours later since first call...nobody has called me back yet so i can insure my car...

Ridiculous line at the concord office The rest of the staff should not be standing around laughing and talking while we all wait in this long line All employees should know how to work the main desk. Horrible customer service. Where is the supervisor, they should be out there working

Over all this place is great to have but the DMV department is slow and always understaffed .they always have long lines while the rest of the i.I insurance staff stands around with nothing to do. The DMV is the heart of the office and should always have enough staff

My AAA membership has paid for itself, even though I drive the most reliable car ever made (German craftsmanship). I saved $50 on my car repair, countless hours not waiting in line at the DMV and they have totally bailed me out when I ran out of gas.

9 people in line for dmv and they have two computers they dont even have people at. I left the wait was taking so long.
