In the lobby they may seem like they care about customer service and they probably do, but the work they do behind the counter is not sufficient and no care goes. At least someone doesnt like to take responsibility for their actions. I drove the car home after picking it up and by the time I made it on the freeway I had anti-freeze spewing from my engine onto my windshield and passenger side windows, I pulled over after noticing my temp gauge was as high as it could go and lifted my hood up to discover my radiator cap sitting on the frame and not closing my radiator! I had coolant everywhere all over my engine, luckily I had coolant in my trunk. I talked to Jeff who I believe is nice and offered to wash out the coolant that had gotten everywhere, so I brought it back. I left it there and came back and still have coolant everywhere!!! What was the point of driving out of my way there if they werent going to do anything, especially if I didnt need to come back!! Dont believe the 5-star ratings on here, I dont understand how this place is still in business if they cant take responsibility and say it to my face. If you read closer to the other reviews that speak of nothing but high appraisal the writing style is quite the same, therefore I believe it could be either Jeff himself or other employees or any other bystander encouraged to praise their shop in some form? I have a good reason to believe that my radiator cap was intentionally left off because I didnt want to pay the extra 100 dollars for a service that I needed when I was able to do it myself for free, and by the way, Im a girl!! What does that say? I created a google account just to write a review, I have never been so disappointed by an auto shop before. They can stand by their high quality mechanics, but did I have them working on my car and forget to put my radiator cap back on? Not so high quality if you ask me. I understand everyone makes mistakes but the least you can do is take ownership and fix it!!! If youre pocketbook is loaded then I suggest this place but if youre car savvy like myself, dont bother.

On December 6th 2013 at approximately 11:00am my 1996 Toyota corolla was dead. I got a jump and it still wouldnt start. I then called the Everett Auto Clinic via phone book. I talked to Jeff and he informed me that they had a contract with Dougs towing. I told Jeff I thought it was the starter. He informed me of an approximate of $382.00 for a new starter. Jeff said hed have the car ready by 5oclock. Approximately at 4:45pm Jeff called and said it wasnt the starter. Jeff tod me they checked everything including my battery. Jeff said the recharged the battery and cleaned the terminal. Jeff told me that my battery was only at 60%. He informed me that I had an after market alarm on my car and this is disabling things, so that would cause the car not to start. He said it would be cheaper being that I didnt need a new starter. He said by dismantling the after market alarm this would clear up my problem. The new price was now $324.00. Jeff then said he would have his electrical guy come in on Saturday 12/7/13 to fix this problem. On Saturday 12/7/13 Jeff called at approximately 10:30am and said the car was ready. Jeff was informed that I wanted to pick up the old part. When I arrived Jeff did not have the part. He said there was nothing to give me. Jeff said it was all wiring. I paid and left. On 12/9/13 at 8:00am I went to start the car and it did not start. I called Jeff he told me to have the car towed back to him and they would look at it for free. I was confused by him saying they would only look at it for free. I told Jeff that Id given him all my money two days prior. Jeff was very unprofessional and rude stating the car started when I left. Around 1:00pm I tried to start the car again and it started. I called Jeff and told him the car started again he said bring it in in about 30min and they would look at it and make sure they did everything properly.

Today I had my first experience with Everett Auto Clinic after my car broke down on my way out of town. As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable going anywhere for car issues because I feel car professionals think Im an idiot when in reality I have a masters degree and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I know basic things about cars but am no mechanic. I called AAA and this was one of the preferred mechanics so I thought I would give the place a shot. I had already looked in my hood and had seen SOMETHING came loose and that it was overheating but that was the extent of what I knew. I called before I was towed there and let them know what I knew about my car. Austin was so polite and I felt I was taken seriously. When I got to the place, they took care of me super quick, knew who I was when I said my name and were very polite and accomodating. I felt comfortable leaving my car because I was being treated with respect. They called me not too long after and told me what it was I saw that came loose and told me how much it would cost to fix it and take care of the fluids. I found this to be fair. I didnt feel like they tried to up sell me or rip me off or tell me there was something wrong that wasnt. When they called me and let me know it was time to come pick up my car (same day) I ended up coming ten minutes before closing and asked Austin to show me what they had done. He was totally willing, did not complain or grunt just came straight out to my car with me, opened the hood, and showed me what had been replaced. They even helped me get my car out of the lot! Excellent customer service, I trust them to take care of me and my car in the future. I only give it 4 stars because it was a little pricey compared to what I was expecting BUT not unreasonably so and if it holds up it was worth it. Thank you for the excellent service!

I went here for all my auto repair needs for a couple years. The staff was friendly...but after a while I began to notice that the bills were always greater than what they quoted me, usually around$800-$1000 and they rarely actually fixed the problem and if they did fix it it would break again in less than a year. Now, I do my own tune ups, put in my own spark plugs and whatnot...I noticed that the last time I took it in they changed out my super pricey spark plugs for cheap ones even though I only brought it in for a fuel injector cleaning...Did they take them for themselves? I dont know. All I know was that in January I bought good quality spark plugs and in June when Id given up all hope at finding out what was wrong with my car I discovered that nasty old crappy spark plugs was the culprit the whole time...How did those get in there? No one else but me and Everett Auto ever touched my car. I dont trust them anymore. Im tired of their bills, and I dont like that I cant trust them...So, now I go to Manila Auto in Everett. Its a family owned business and they let you buy and bring in your own parts to save money, and you pay what they quote you no matter what. I have a PT Cruiser that is a pain to change out belts because of the compact engine so I took it there and they quoted me $500 for a few hours...but they had a lot of problems getting to all the belts. It really is hard! It took them 10 hours! I still paid only $500. :-D
