...I would if I lived in Monterey. I was in a serious trouble recently and David from C & C stepped up to help. We were on a road trip through Monterey when my ignition coils failed. No other shop agreed to even schedule the appointment within the same day, as it was a day before a holiday; I talked to three other shops that were open. After hearing the symptoms over the phone, Dave confirmed the likelihood of my suspicion, and told me to just bring in the car and he would diagnose is right away. I felt blessed. But that was just the beginning. He not only confirmed my suspicion about the root cause within 10 minutes of me arriving, he also fixed the problem in another 5 minutes! He was literally multitasking between other cars that were being serviced, and my walk-in. I was impressed. In my 15-odd years of dealing with mechanics on different continents, never once have I come across such a wonderful example of a "can-do", no BS, 100% transparent attitude. Bravo.

Quick work for a cheaper price than most, but not worth the head ache of watching out for them not putting everything back on in the way it was sent in . They put my front end of my car on wrong an barely hanging there after a unrelated repair from a fan an took almost a week for them to change it an fix it .The older guy David(I think that was his name) was a dick whenever I asked him to fix the mistake. He finally did put it on correctly an said there there were over 5 mistakes he found from his shop putting it on incorrectly when I received it back. Very unprofessional an quite the head ache for wasting my time and money. Dont plan on going back.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, Im always nervous to take my car into the shop, since I fear getting taken advantage of... This is something I NEVER have to fear at C and C. Dave is honest, kind, and will explain anything I ask. I have never had a negative experience, or been taken advantage of in any manner. This is the best auto shop I have ever encountered and am sad to be moving after finding this gem.

I was referred to David by my parents who owned Mercedes & had always used David. My warranty had run out with BMW and it had already cost me a lot to maintain..I have been to C&C on 3 occasisons and have been entirely happy with them each time. As a woman having to maintain my car alone I am so grateful to have David of C&C in my life...

I was in Monterey for a special event, and my Porsche broke. Dave at C&C took me right in and helped me get the car back on the road the same day. I was impressed with the knowledge and kindness that I observed while I was there. I would recommend C&C to anybody in the Monterey area. Thanks Dave!
