I went there to have my oil change and all of the fluids checked when I bought my car. They changed all of the fluids and sent me on my way. I got home and noticed the car running hot at idle. So I looked at the radiator and noticed it was COMPLETELY empty. The drained it and didnt fill it up again. I couldve blown a head gasket. The fact that you are that careless tells me that I dont need to go back there.

My experience here was bad. I had oil change alarm and tire pressure alarm before I went to this place. But these two alarms are still there after I got out. The mechanic claims that the monitor has a problem. But I fixed it myself after I got back home. And I paid for more than 100 dollars for only oil change and adding tire pressure? I will never come back to this place.

They broke my dipstick, told me it arrived that way. Which it hadnt, I had just checked my oil before going. They refused to fix it so I went back with a letter of demand and they refunded the oil change and paid for my time and parts I had to go salvage. Do NOT go to any jiffy lube they always break stuff especially if they cant up sell you.

These people stripped my oil pan plug. A technician would know that he sripped it but he did not say anything, just ran the credit card and sent me on my way....If they fix it Ill up their rating to a two... They fixed it :)...Also maybe the technician may not have noticed if using a pneumatic wrench. Still never going back!

Acted put out. Kid in charge was rude and abrasive. People cursing. Which dont bother me but would definitely offend others probably the worst customer service I have had from an oil change place. This is not on all jiffy lubes just this one

These people have always done a quick and speedy job with oil changes and the service is great... But these people are too pushy! ARG!! Its nearly impossible to get a oil change at a decent price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!
