When you are the first car in line for the alignment rack and get there 30 minutes before opening time (6:30am), it shouldnt take an entire day to get the job done. I ended up leaving there today at 1:30pm. Let me just clarify here, the workers are top notch and do an excellent job. The MANAGEMENT here is what messes everything up. You cannot go ask one guy to work on three different cars at the same time. You also cannot keep telling people that had problems and would like to return that they can come in "right now" and things will be covered in a timely manner. If anyone is starting a business, take note of this place and do the opposite. Paperwork is scattered, customers are waiting countless hours, and managers have a way of irritating everyone around them (including their workers, who I believe they do not trust in, which should be a backbone in any company). I really wish they were even a bit knowledgeable about tires...they arent. I would highly suggest Americas (Discount) Tire on Bascom and Hamilton. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and fast paced. They use a torque wrench for your lug nuts, and can get 8 cars through their doors in under an hour. Warranties are better and if you have a flat, they repair it free of charge, no questions asked.

I went against the reviews and glad I did as the customer service was awesome. I was greeted as soon as I entered. They had me look at and confirm a replacement for my flat within 10 minutes of my appointment time, and had the cost for me about 5 minutes after that, which was about $100 cheaper than I was estimated online. They did a walk around and looked at my tire and suggested that they could just do a simple patch of my current tire (which I thought was beyond repair) for a fraction of the new one if I wanted. The only additional service that was offered was a warranty (wasnt pushed on me) for the new tire had I chosen to go that route. There were a few people ahead of me so I was there for a little over an hour but that was about the time I expected. Will definitely be looking at these guys for future service.

i think i would say yes to what Ryan and A.G are saying...i also have the life time balance/alignmnet for my honda and they are not doing a good job...they are very rude some times and do not even let the customer finish what is needed...i got an oil change done and i used the $15 oil change coupon which included the tire rotation too..guess what they put 1 quart less oil in the engine..and luckily this was noticed by my reg car mecahnic when i went in for the 120000 k service..i will stop going to this location and would recommend people to make sure what they want and what these guys provide....i also suggest not to buy the life time with these guys...Hope this helps...

Horrible customer service ! I would never go here again, and I have been a customer since 1985 ! The manager Andrew is very bad at scheduling, and worse at customer service ! Wheel Works you have my buisness ! Mounting and balancing two tires ( 3 hrs ) of which the car was parked in various parts of the driveway, Andrews crew does not seem to have any respect for him, and it shows in the way they slep around the shop, no inthusiasm, no get up and go. I changed the blow out in 10 minutes on the freeway, and watched them play with it for hours !

Not trust worthy and careless service! Took my car in for an oil change (Been a Firestone customer for many years (else where). Got my car back and noticed oil leaked all over the bottom of the car and my driveway. Took it to the dealer who stated the last person who changed the oil did a sloppy job and did not tighten the oil filter or clean off the spilled oil. This Firestone also did a break check on my truck and said I needed brake cylinders because they were leaking. Took the truck home and pulled the brakes apart...No leaks,,,,

I definitely should have read reviews before scheduling an appointment here. Of course they are running behind when I get there (mechanic didnt show up, alignment machine is down) and its going to take more than 3 hours to change my oil and align my wheels when I was originally told about an hour. Additional services were pushed on me and they tried to charge to rotate my tires which their website says its free with service. Highly do not recommend this location.

Ive worked with the manager (Joshua) on multiple occasions just recently. He and his crew were extremely helpful in diagnosing an ongoing balancing issue I was having on one of my vehicles. I was so happy with his service (and Isaac for his proper diagnosis!) that I bought a set of tires for the car, as well as tires for my boat trailer. They have my business from now on. I would recommend them to anyone!

If I could I would give them minus stars I went in to get my headlight bulb changed. They didnt have one in stock but could order me one and it would be there the next day. It would cost 4 dollars. That was fine. But then the guy said it would cost me 90 dollars to put it in I said never mind and took it to the dealer. They charged me 40 dollars. I have since heard from friends to stay away from there

Ive been a loyal customer of this shop for about a year. I always get my maintenance done here. Ive purchased tires here for both my car and my wifes. Prices here are good, and the customer service is great. One of the managers, George, is fantastic. The shop is pretty busy on Saturdays, so they sometimes run a little behind. Thats the main reason I give them a 4/5 instead of 5/5.

I needed a battery replacement, and I called up Firestone, and agent Jose scheduled me same day, on a "Saturday". I went in and within 20 mins the mechanic changed my battery, I was really pleasantly surprised as I thought I will have to wait at least 2hours, like most places. Wonderful experience and the price was great compared to the Chevy dealer and other places I called.

I moved here from Colorado, driving my auto all the way after an incorrect procedure was performed. The workers here and at the Firestone in Pleasanton found the problem and fixed it, showing me the parts that were improved upon, and successfully got my car up and running. They do an outstanding, no frills, to the point job.

Really bad bad bad experience with them .i went there to change my tyres and brakes oil. But somehow what they did and engine light got on .when i asked them for this politely manager started talking rudely .They made my censor damaged and notready to replace. I wont recommend to anybody no customer service

Insisted that my car could only use synthetic oil despite the owners manual to try and up sell an oil change. Refused to use anything else so had to leave and go to another shop.
