Terrible management! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited in line to be checked in for 10 minutes. The customers being helped in front of me were "walk-ins" without an appointment, but their vehicles were placed in line in front of mine to be serviced. I checked in and was given a 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minute wait estimate. The time on my service order said the car would be ready at 2:30pm. 2:30 came and went and finally at 3:00pm I asked the woman behind the counter if she could tell me how much longer my car would take. She asked the man working on it and he said 15 minutes more. It actually ended up being 35 minutes more! My total wait time was 2 hours 35 minutes for a simple oil change! What good was having an appointment if I was being treated the same as a walk-in?! This could have been avoided if the store was managed better. Turn walk-ins away if you are getting overbooked, its that simple.

The staff seemed un-professional on specific car make and replaced the wrong part for my car. It fixed my brake (which was originally the problem), but brought down my cruise control system. It is evident that a general purpose store like firestone can sometimes fail to perform well on specific car models (my car was 2003 Ford Taurus with cruise control but no ABS) As an unhappy customer Im trying to be objective: the one-stop for all car models works well for some scenarios for sure, but for in-depth care of your favorate vehicle when you need it the most, you still need to take time to find your specific makes repairer, rather than count on this kind of store for quick and one-stop service. The unclear communication of the completion time for this shop for my cars service (failed the deadline for once) caused me trouble in my scheduling, but comparing to the first point, this is secondary issue.

Not going back to this place ever! They dont fix problems of your car, but they create problems. I went there for a routine inspection. They told me my belt is chipping, the rear brake system needs to be replaced with other minor issues liking oil change and air filter cleaning. Other things are fine. Especially, the representative Robert told me the tires are doing heat. Ok, sounds acceptable. However, after the repair, my car immediate made funny noises and created bumpy feeling. Went there again and guess what? They told me to replace the entire tire sets, replace front brake systems as well as do alignments. And they ask for 1,900 dollars for that! I dont understand how one procedure of repair creates problems were not there before! I totally think they damaged my car during the repair for charging me more money later. I just dont believe them anymore. So go other places for the sake of your car.

After calling the day before to set up an appointment, the lady failed to get any of my information to set up an appointment or for future reference. She told me to bring my car in between 7-8 am the next day and they should have it done by noon. I brought it in at 7:20 am as scheduled (but without an appointment because the lady from the day before failed to set one up) and went through what would be done for the inspection. I called at 11 am and the man on the phone informed me that the car was being taken on a test drive. I called again at 12:30 and the lady (Ghia) put me on hold five times before getting any answers. When she finally was ready to talk to me, she had told me that they had not put it on the lift all day, practically wasting five hours of my time. Id rather drive out to Sunnyvale to the other shop than bring it back here. Poor, poor service.

Josh is doing an incredible job bringing this store back from the previous managers lack of commitment. Service on the vehicle is excellent and I feel welcomed by the staff every time I get my alignment done. This Google and Yelp rating is insane. People, you make an appointment and still wait for a doctor to service you, so why would a car be any different? Some people show up and just expect it to be magically done and at little to no cost... Thats not how the world works. Tip your mechanics and service people!!!! This is not some stupid barista at Starbucks, these guys are skilled workers/automotive specialists, show some respect!

I purchased 4 Potenza tires for my G35. When inspecting my car I saw one wheel was scratched and the interior had many grease stains. I tried to talk to their supervisor but he wasnt going to be there at the store in the next 3 days. Nobody was in charge and a bunch of employees just looking around. I spent $1200. Next time Ill install my tires at the dealership. Its a little more expensive but they take full responsibility for the work. Now Ill have to repair the wheel and clean the interior so Ill end up paying even more. Dont go there.

Absolutely horrible, loyal firestone customer for 12 years. Im done; Ive taken my car to this location and every time these guys make you feel like youre dropping your pet off to be put to sleep. My issues were routine but somehow they managed to take 8 hours to TRY and fix the issue every single time only to misdiagnose and suggest to buy new parts. The redhead is cute and nice AND the only positive to this location. Never knew it was that hard to write a PG review.... my chest is on fire with how upset I am with them. Do not go here.

A very bad experience. When I got there and stopped my car, they thought I parked at a wrong place, and shouted me away, which was very rude. I was trying to figure out whether they could help me install the front plate, they said they were busy and made an appointment for the following day. When I arrived there on time on the second day, the guy kept busy on answering phones, and told me they couldnt help me for this finally. Yes, I should go to the dealership directly, but very disappointed as a loyal customer relocating from GA.

I took my car in on a Friday for an alignment and they told me i had a nail in my tire($20) needed new brakes desperately($400) and new tires immediately(over 700) and new battery($200)... took it to sams club to do all these things and turns out no nail in any of the tires no need for new tires they are still all 4 still almost brand new and brakes are still good... all they wanted was to make me spend money that i didnt have or need to. worst experience at this firestone

Excellent, Courteous reception and explanation of issues. Brought forth issues that really mattered and rates were all reasonable. I did decline to do the Air Filter as I could do that myself for 1/4 the cost - but I am not taking stars for that as its definitely a convenience cost that may be worth it for some Will recommend this to others. Service done: Oil change, differential fluid and routine wheel rotation service.

Firestone in Santa Clara wanted us to replace brake pads and rotors on my vehicle as soon as we can. They didnt provide us a copy of the inspection but gave us a quote of couple of hundred dollars to replace pads and rotors. We got our vehicle checked with Pep boys and Jiffy lube after a week and they both confirmed both pads and rotors are absolutely fine. NOT GOING BACK here again.
