AZTEK is such a friendly family place. The front office staff is very helpful and knows the car repair and service language. So, when you are asking questions, they can help. When it is a more complicated issue or question, Roberto (the owner and master mechanic) is right there to assist you!! After looking for a reputable car repair and service company near my home in Fremont, I was so happy to find AZTEK. Their service technicians are also welcoming. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell any service or repair, they are in business to do a good job, not over charge for unnecessary services. I dont drive a fancy car, I just need my car to be in good repair so it lasts a long time.............I highly recommend AZTEK if you are looking for a great car service company that you can trust!!!

This would be my second visit at Aztec Auto Repair and it definitely wont be my last. For a while I was looking for an auto shop in the Fremont area that ofcourse provided great service and was relatively inexpensive. Aztec does offer great prices but most of all they take care of all your needs. They provide an all round inspection of your car at no extra charge, something other auto repair shops dont provide. I remember visiting Firestone and they charged me $20 to simply check my breaks, Aztec did all that and more at no extra charge. To top it off, their staff is very attentive and friendly making your experience even better. This is honestly the best auto repair shop Ive visited.

Gave me an estimate of $750 to replace a pipe between the water pump and thermostat. I know the estimate is high already, since I replaced the thermostat before with another shop for around $550. I decided to let them work on the car, since my car is overheating. 2 hours later they call me again. This time they told me they have ordered the wrong part and it will now cost $1000. I told them thats way too much and I will take my car else where to fix it. They told me they have taken everything apart and I cant really drive the car. Very bad experience. I will never take my car back to that place again.

I had issue with the cylinders of my car. The folks at Azetk were very professional in dealing with the issue. I had to involve my insurance company since it was mechanical repair. Aztek guys helped in contacting the insurance company and kept me updated with it. I was very impressed by the way they handled the overall process. Will surely go back to them again.
